Beachway Motel & Restaurant
Had trouble with both the hot water and especially the air conditioner. However got both to work. The TV worked very well. The room could do with brightening up it was quite dated. However, it was very clean. I would rate it overall as 3 stars and a good budget stay.

Beach Hotel
Looks like it has been newly refurbished. Our room was beach facing with a lovely balcony. TBH we were so surprised how good it was. Everything was new and clean. Big swivel tv and lovely faux fireplace.

Nightcap at Burnie Townhouse
Although updated and clean, and good budget rooms, the walls are not soundproof and there was a locked door between rooms with gaps. Could hear everyone's toiletting and conversations, door slamming etc.. View from room was over the bay but the industrial wharf site and wood chip pile was in front ...
