“Very simple but clean hotel, partial new furniture, very kind people at the reception”

“The front desk gentleman at check-in was very kind and professional. He thoughtfully provided bedding for the pullout bed. The family suite was perfect for a family of 5 and already cool upon entry. AC worked great. Hallelujah, there were liners in the trash cans! There was a mounted shampoo, conditioner, shower gel rack in the shower. Beds were comfortable, and we loved the pillows. “This hotel was practically vacant. Rooms need some TLC - lightbulbs missing, ceiling needed patching, hole in bathroom door, microwave and coffee maker didn’t work. But the bed was comfortable! ”

“We chose this hotel based on reviews but they clearly were not authentic. The place is in desperate need of maintenance. There were only 3 guests in the whole place (including us) and yet the front desk gal would not or could not figure out how to give us a bottom floor room with two beds. We used a third party app because it had a room with “a king bed and two twins” as an option. When we arrived, we were told they don’t have any rooms like that and we had to take the king bed on the 2nd floor....

“When I went to the room, the key couldn’t open the door. When the staff came she couldn’t open the door. So she moved us to another room. When we got there the door did opened but the room wasn’t clean. So the staff told another guest to move out of his room for us. That was the last straw we asked for a refund.”

“We booked a room. We were traveling and when we got there, no one was at the front desk. They left a number to call but they didn't answer. I contacted expedia and they tried to contact the hotel. Nobody answered”

“Clean room, clean towels, friendly staff, comfortable bed. Right off the interstate 40. Recommend if you're looking for a safe, well lit parking lot. The elevator is currently out of order, which was not an issue for us. Ice machine available. Hot breakfast available. Shower has really good water pressure! AC in the room, worked just fine.”

“We arrived late and checked in about 6:30 p.m. The room that was assigned to us was Room 131. It was a large room. The filter in the air conditioning unit was dirty and it wasn't working well. The shower room was designed for handicapped people.
