So close to the airport (but out of the grossness of downtown Belize city), with a free shuttle! “Lots of bugs inside and out. On the river so you have to get a boat ride and taxi to get places and it’s 10 or $15 USD each way. Not a convenient location unless you bring your own food, all the bug spray, don’t leave luggage open, don’t mind stinky dogs in your step and don’t plan to explore anywhere but there. Beds, bathrooms and kitchen did seem clean and the staff were friendly.”
