“Started off badly with the room we were issued having a drainage issue causing a bad smell in the room. We spoke to staff through Expedia who offered us a different room. The staff were helpful and made the change in rooms easy and after the bad start everything after was good. Nice quiet place, rooms are nice to look at and clean ”

“Cheap hotel not far from the City Centre and the University as well. The environment is very essential but very quiet and clean, the staff is ok and the breakfast is very good and abundant.”

“Hotel was Ok , but a bit dated, door ito te room handle was falling off, bit scare couldn't get out if a fire and the attitude of the lady on reception last night was downright rude, i let myself i with my fob asked if you could get adrik in the restaurant would have been ok if she had just said no , but added do stay in this hotel as i haven't seen you before, atange as i had just come in a locked front door with a fob given to residents ”

“From the outset the customer service was excellent. Lovely room with great view across to the water. Restaurant staff were so friendly and again the service was excellent. The menu was limited but what we had we thoroughly enjoyed. Perhaps a couple of traditional Indian dishes would be an excellent addition. ”

“My wife and I stayed for just one night. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff and proprietor were very friendly and helpful. We dined in the evening and breakfasted the following morning. The food was good and service efficient, friendly and courteous. Our room was warm and clean and the bed very comfortable. What more do you need from a hotel? We will definitely stay should we go back to the area.”

“It’s a good hotel in the centre of the city . Very clean. I had the room on 2 nd floor and strived bit late from meeting. There was a gentleman outside the door smoking who got me-in and checked in. I asked for fire door etc and he told me . The room was clean , there was a kettle but no tea cups saucers ! No bins in the room or toilet. There was only one plug right under the table which was difficult to get to. Soap dispenser in shower was not working. If you can sort these little things , it...
