Chalet a Burt

“Asked for cleaning and they told they clean every 3rd day, I stayed for 4 nights and the room was not cleaned at all. Did not use the laundry, but the staff lied to me about the cleaning. I have to be back every month for the data center project, not my loss now.”

“Good stay overall”

“Superiore alle aspettative.pulito bello e accogliente”

“Good price, I know 3 stars shouldn't expect much. I like the newly renovated bathroom. I don't like they put the air- conditioner next to the bed, either turn it off or too extreme temperature in the room. Besides there is a fly in the room, we can't get rid of, how can it come inside the room, especially outside is 50's F°. The stay all I love only the complimentary breakfast, it's so good.”

“Tranquillo, poche stanze in struttura datata ma con mobili recenti. Confortevole e pulito. Se si ha la macchina per raggiungere le cascate è ottimo. ”

“Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Siamo stati solo una notte”

“As a guest services coordinator with Marriott I can assure you that Hart House is a treasure to anyone traveling the Empire State Trail. The bicycle themed rooms are super unique with even the finest details not missed to assure an immersive experience. All additional essential amenities are covered, so whatever you left at home is available here. A gem.”

“The keyless lock at the front was a little touchy and it took multiple tries sometimes. It’s a 2-step code which can be an issue if your finger isn’t exactly on the right spot. Also no elevator with lots of steps to 2nd floor. Everything else was great.”

“Posizione lontana dalle cascate circa 6 km ma con l’auto si raggiungono facilmente. Parcheggio disponibile Colazione con poche scelte”

“Hotel was very clean. Staff was absolutely fabulous. Breakfast not great. But everything else was top notch. We would stay there again.”
