"We stayed in late spring/early summer. Place was as advertised…very nice on the inside and clean. 30 foot cliff down to the water was a bit of a surprise but certainly not a deal breaker. Swallows swooping in and out were fun to watch."

"In my opinion, only the breakfast needs improvement. For the rest I would say that our family room was very spacious and clean. For the location I would say excellent, facing the Niagara River, you can reach the Falls by car in 10 minutes."

"Property was in nice neighborhood and good location in town. Staying here was better than at a hotel. Even though host bought new mattress, there was no box springs so bed was very low to floor, hard to get out of bed. Other than that stay was enjoyable."
