“I rarely take the opportunity to record my stays but this deserves the time. The communication in advance was clear and very helpful. However, the location after a business day is ideal and so many personal touches, including a welcome label on the door personal to you! “The house is clean and comfortable on the inside. Outside ally that ran alongside the house had big bins which had rubbish overflowing and spreading across the path. Comms with owner none existent other then a couple of automated messages once I had paid. Not enough towels within the property for all guests no hot water for washing up asked for assistance from owner message never acknowledged. Overall happy with the property but little details could improve the stay. Cheap stay for 7 people and...

“I booked this for our engineers and this is their feedback: Unfortunately not suitable for us to stay in, the property was not clean and had lights hanging from the ceilings. Garden not useable. No parking even though it states parking - our staff almost got a parking ticket. We did not stay in the property and drove home instead.”

“Friend and I stayed overnight for a gig at the Utilita arena, which was literally 10 minutes walk away and easy enough to get to. Property was clean and well maintained. The only issue would be parking for more than one vehicle as there was just about room directly outside for one car, and the only other option was to park in the spaces by the row of shops opposite. “Lovely barn. Had everything we needed. Thick walls so kept cool in the heat (and would be warm in cold too). Garden had lovely views and was enclosed so safe for our corgipoo, but was not accessed directly from the house which was a bit of a pain.”

“Our stay was amazing The Chapel was in a beautiful location, a 2 min walk to the local pub and excellent for walks. Th hosts were very accommodating with a sample of some local treats , wine and beer. We will definitely stay again and would fully recommend ”

“Lovely place to stay. Ideal location for Broad Street and the shopping centre, theatres etc. House has plenty of room, everything you need and very clean. The host is very easily contactable and very accommodating. Would definitely stay again. ”

“Clovelly Court is well placed and Nightingale House was well appointed with a great lay-out for 6 adults sharing. We were in the area for a wedding so the location was great and we loved that the property is walking distance from a superb and quirky pub, a fabulous coffee shop, pharmacy, and Sainsbury. "Sono stata in questo hotel per lavoro per tre notti. Solitamente scelgo il Leonardo in Europa come catena di hotel in quanto mi trovo benissimo con le stanze ed il servizio. La posizione non è male, essendo situato abbastanza in centro ma questo hotel non è stato per nulla come gli altri Leonardo in cui sono stata. Le stanze sono piccole e per arrivarci ci vuole molto tempo in quanto non so che succede con i quattro ascensori ma si creano code per aspettarli. Inoltre la cosa più deludente è stata il servizio ho chiesto due sere di fila la colazione d’asporto ed entrambe le mattine si sono dimenticati o non lo hanno scritto. La colazione inoltre rispetto altri altri Leonardo non ha molte opzioni senza lattosio e senza glutine sebbene i camerieri siano gentili. In sintesi non ritornerei in questo hotel visto il servizio."
