"All'arrivo la finestra della stanza era aperta e c'era molto freddo essendo in inverno. Il riscaldamento non funzionava e mi hanno dato solo una piccolissima stufa che ovviamente non riscaldava a sufficienza la stanza."

There are strong and unpleasant odors on the floors, which immediately give a sense of poor hygiene. The room is poorly lit, and the so-called shower is not a proper shower but a bathtub, which is uncomfortable and impractical. The spa area is dirty, including the changing rooms, which is unacceptable for a space meant for relaxation and cleanliness. The breakfast is mediocre, with limited choice and average-to-low quality. It is also worth noting that the four-star rating is absolutely not comparable to Italian four-star standards. By Italian criteria, this hotel would realistically be closer to a two-star property. The only positive aspect of the stay was the staff, who were friendly, polite, and helpful at all times. Overall, the hotel is in serious need of renovation and far better cleaning standards. At its current state, the value for money is disappointing."

"Sono stata solo una notte ma devo dire che il posto era perfetto per le mie esigenze. Non molto lontano dalla stazione, in 10 m a piedi si arriva al centro con negozi di ecc. Il quartiere è tranquillo e il servizio colazione abbastanza completo. Lo consiglio."
