“Ottima struttura con ampie camera e bagno. Problemi con le prese a muro risolte il giorno seguente in modo rapido. Purtroppo problemi di riscaldamento che non sono riusciti a risolvere,la stanza era caldissima e quando ho acceso il condizionatore dopo un po' di tempo ha cominciato ad avere perdite per cui ho dovuto spegnerlo Sarebbe stato meglio non rendere disponibile la camera fino alla necessaria manutenzione.”

“The property was tastefully furnished which reflected its historical past. There was a spacious sitting room for use by guests and a kitchen equipped for the heating and simple cooking of meals. The tasty breakfasts were cooked to order with locally sourced ingredients. There was a small but pleasant garden with suitable seating areas. The staff were always welcoming, helpful and friendly. “The Westgate was easy to find and there was parking around the back of the pub as the town seems to have limited parking. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. The location is a 5 minute walk to the shops .”

“Nice quick check in,room nice and clean and beds very comfortable.Bathroom nice and clean ,plenty of towels , toiletries provided.Was a hairdryer,only thing would have been nice to have a socket near a mirror when drying your hair.This room we had this time was a lot noiser from all the traffic .Breakfast had plenty of choice ,nice to have brand name cereals,cooked breakfast was okay but mushrooms were nearly raw and fried eggs were quite rubbery looking and hard ”

“After returning to the area after 16 years, we chose this hotel for the personal touch over other chain options. The hotel's staff was amazing and accomodating. They provided great service and every meal was delicious. The Thomas Paine Museum was of special interest and full of information for this history buff. We cant wait to book our next trip.”

“A lovely little building in Mildenhall. Certainly an historic building, and comes with the quirks of its age, but the team has done a brilliant job of adapting and making it up to date. Missing shampoo, and no hair dryer, but the bed was great and the shower fantastic. Kettle and tea bits were all I really needed :-). ”
