“You can’t imagine how traumatic this place was. The police had to come, I don’t know what was happening in the apartment. At check-in, the apartment was extremely dirty and clearly not in acceptable condition. It was impossible to stay there, and it’s also very far from the city center. I truly hope to receive a full reimbursement.”
