Situato a solo 1 ora e mezza da New York City, vieni a scappare per un weekend o trascorri un'intera settimana!

LA CASA PIÙ LUCIDA E PIÙ PULITA DEL Poconos. Nascosto in Saw Creek Estates avrai accesso a tutti i servizi disponibili: campi da tennis e da pallavolo, percorsi pedonali, nuoto sul lago, accesso a 4 piscine all'aperto e 2 coperte, centro fitness, basket, baseball e la tua pista da sci proprio all'interno del Comunità. I pass per i servizi sono $ 10 a persona al giorno / $ 50 per 7 giorni a settimana. Avrete anche il vostro molto proprio ristorante 'Top of the World' lungo la strada. Bushkill Falls, Shawnee sci e snow tubing e campi da golf sono tutti a 15 minuti di auto con Camelback parco sci / acqua sciistica a soli 35 minuti di distanza. La casa è perfettamente dimensionato per famiglie e gruppi grandi o piccoli. Il piano principale è un open space in tutto con un loft due camere da letto e full size convertibile per dormire in più. Finestre circondano il soggiorno per portare il punto di vista della natura al comfort del focolare, godersi il camino con gli amici e la famiglia mentre si guarda la neve cadere intorno a voi.

L'interno / esterno, cedro e piastrelle tutte le camere stagione dà di accedere a un tutto l'anno vasca idromassaggio interna. Godere di un pasto poi sorseggiare un drink e un immergersi all'interno del piano in vasca / vasca idromassaggio.

Il grande involucro intorno alla cucina è completamente attrezzata con pentole, padelle, tostapane, macchina per il caffè e tutto il necessario per la preparazione e la cottura piatti fatti in casa. La cucina si unisce alla principale area soggiorno / sala da pranzo quindi non c'è disconnessione dalla cuoca e la famiglia.

Due nuovi 65 "TV LED sono dotati di cavo HD e servizi di streaming di film e lettori DVD / Blu Ray per la grande collezione di film a portata di mano. Wifi rende tutto sicuro di stare lontano da casa, ma non fuori dal mondo.

La cabina come livello più basso vanta grandi comodi divani, bagno separato, un sacco di giochi da tavolo, un nuovo 65 "LED TV dotato di cavo HD e servizi di streaming di film e DVD / lettore Blu Ray. Wifi rende tutto sicuro di stare lontano da casa, ma non fuori dal mondo.

Enormi mazzi fuori porta fuori la parte posteriore privato della casa consentono l'intero gruppo per gustare i pasti all'aperto durante la bella stagione

Great house inside gated community

Really enjoyed our stay. House was clean and well stocked. The hot tub inside the house was a great feature. Only negative was I tried to reach out to Vincenzo during our stay and never received a response. Leading up to our stay he was very communicative though, so I’m assuming this was just a small oversight

Just what we needed!

Very nice home located in a private community. Well thought out design and roomy first floor. Kitchen was wonderful. Hot tub was the perfect way to end the day. Recommended.

Family getaway

This was the perfect family getaway. My kids were in one of the pools every day and then they hit up the hot tub afterwards to warm up. It was spacious fir the 6 of us and our dog. Would highly recommend for traveling families with kids under 8.

Great family spot

Traveled with my adult sons and their children. Home was clean and spacious affording us privacy but also a lot of great together time. The variety and convenience of pools was perfect. Vinny was amazingly responsive to all sorts of requests; couldn't ask for a more accessible host. We plan to visit again!

Perfect getaway!

The house was very spacious, comfortable and we loved the big windows. The kitchen was also fully stocked and we enjoyed the open floor plan. Vincenzo was easy to reach and very helpful. Swimming pools were close by and hot tub was a treat. We appreciated the baby gates to keep our 1 yo and 2.5 yo on the first floor, although the banisters both inside and on the deck were too wide and not kid proof. The bathroom on the lower level could use some TLC. Otherwise, a great stay!!

Perfect getaway in the Pocconos

Perfect place for a small group. House is clean and feels luxurious. Extremely cozy. Several places in the house for the group to gather and chat. Manager is very responsive and helpful. Overall a perfect weekend stay for a cozy gathering!

Long weekend

House was in a great location- beautiful babbling brook off the back deck. Indoor hot tub was perfect. Perfect for a group of friends w small kids. Had a blast! Easy to communicate with the 2 owners- texting was quick and efficient with any of our questions regarding the property. Rooms were big enough for our families and 3 bathrooms a plus with the kids! We really had a great time at this winter wonderland house! We definitely said we would come back!

Best house and host on VRBO

Everything about this house is top notch. The house is immaculately cleaned and the hot tub sparkles. The cookware is very good and kitchen layout is perfect. Build a roaring fire in the fireplace. Enjoy a cigar and bourbon on one of the decks and enjoy the sound of the creek. We’ve stayed in this house several times and love it. On our last stay we had no heat or hot water because the propane ran out. Vincenzo and Brian responded immediately and had a service tech out at 10:00 on a Friday night. The hosts stayed in contact with us and called us and texted with us through it all. When the propane couldn’t get filled they offered for us to stay at one of their other properties or go over to use the shower if we needed to. The host response to our situation was beyond stellar and we highly recommend this house.

Location was perfect and the area is beautiful. The listing was accurate and the kitchen was well stocked. Kids enjoyed the hot tub. Struggled a bit to figure out the space heater in the basement.

Excellent home but community amenities are underwhelming.

This house was beautiful and a great place to stay. However, if you are looking for community amenities, Saw Creek Estates is old, basic, underwhelming and not worth the cost of the day passes. The facilities are old and the employees who work there are condescending. Additionally, the Top of the World restaurant food and service were mediocre to poor. This house is great if you have a large party and want a comfortable, clean place to relax with two great kitchens and an amazing fireplace and TV. Additionally, the indoor hot tub is wonderful. I would recommend if your party is mostly homebodies and you want to have a fun time at home. The house is massive and the beds and couches are comfortable. The kitchen works excellently and there is plenty of kitchenware to make a feast. We had a great time at the house.

Great weekend away with a group of friends!

The house was perfect for our group of 5. It was very clean and the perfect size for us with very comfortable beds!! We loved spending the evenings in the jacuzzi and hanging out in the comfortable living room. Spent the afternoon in Stroudsburg where we got a great brunch and did a little shopping. We had a great time. Vincenzo, the owner, was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

Cozy house in a beautiful neighborhood

This house was so beautiful and clean. We loved the open floor plan of the main level with so much natural light. Perfect amount of space for everyone to spread out but still spend time together. Getting in touch with the property owner was super easy and he answered almost immediately. Also the check in/ check out process was super easy as well! Totally recommend this house for your future vacation!

Late summer stay

We really enjoyed the openness of the house and the effort that has been put in to make it comfortable and convenient. We stayed with our dog (who loved the deck!) and extensively used the updated, bright kitchen and indoor hot tub. It was just the two of us but can imagine that the spacing of bedroom and downstairs “apartment” would be GREAT for larger family, extended family or multiple family stays.

Family weekend

The property is a beautiful wooded setting with trails and a stream in the back. We saw wild turkeys, a raccoon and a deer. The layout of the house was perfect for 6 adults and 2 boys. There was a choice of pools for swimming and challenging hills for walking. Our extended family was glad to be there and we look forward to returning for a vacation in the future.

Great house to stay!

Plenty of room. We were 10 people and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The house was well stocked especially the kitchen. The hot tub was the focal point for our family. We loved the setting and thoroughly enjoyed the decks and fire pit. We're already talking about renting again next year!

Amazing house

It was the perfect house that I needed for my wife to enjoy her 50th birthday w/ family & friends that came from Florida, Texas & every where else . The space in the house was perfect no one one top of each other & had the space that we needed. Ty again & would love to do it again in that property .

A peaceful stay in the Poconos

We enjoyed our stay in Saw Creek. The house is big enough for two families comfortably. We did not realize that one of the bedrooms was in the cellar - this was somewhat challenging as families with young children but we made it work. The yard with the creek is beautiful. We also loved that it was pet friendly.

Wonderful Stay in the Poconos!

The house was wonderful! We adored the hot tub and the library nook. We cooked in every single night--yes, we brought a ton of food with us! We brought our elderly dog who loved it, as well. The running creek on the property was tranquil and beautiful; the amenities, the pools in the development were so nice, especially the lap pool.

Poconos Perfection

Beautiful, updated house - I come to the area often (1-2x a year) and this is one of the nicest properties I’ve seen - in a great location. Vincenzo is also an excellent host and provided lots of clear communication well ahead of our trip.
