Two comfortable bedrooms, a gorgeous rooftop terrace, and even a wood-burning stove: This 100-square-meter penthouse apartment is a fantastic vacation home by the sea. The coast and Büsum’s town center are just a few steps away.

The vacation rental was completed in 2019 and can accommodate up to four people. It features two modern bedrooms, each with a double bed, a TV, and exterior blinds.
In the open-concept living and dining area with its own wood-burning stove, you can make yourself truly comfortable no matter the season. Both full bathrooms feature a walk-in shower.
One of the bathrooms is an en suite bathroom, accessible directly from the bedroom.

The integrated kitchen is generously equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. A washing machine and dryer are also available.

In the basement, you’ll find a lockable storage room where you can store your bicycles, for example.

A parking space is located right next to the building. From the building entrance or the basement, the elevator takes you all the way up to your apartment.

A special highlight: Both the living room and one of the bedrooms offer direct access to the magnificent rooftop terrace. Enjoy the soothing afternoon and evening sun here!
