The comfortable furnishings and allergy-friendly amenities ensure that every guest feels completely at home. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and features practical amenities such as a hair dryer and a makeup mirror.

The heart of the apartment is the open kitchen, which blends seamlessly into the light-filled living room. Here you can put your culinary skills to the test—the kitchen is fully equipped with a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator, so you’ll have everything you need. Enjoy your meals in the cozy dining area or wind down the day on the sofa with a movie night on one of the two available TVs. Wi-Fi ensures that you’ll always stay connected to the world, even during your time away.

“Insel Feeling” vacation home consisting of 6 apartments!

The entire house was extensively modernized and renovated in 2019.

It received a new roof, new windows, doors, flooring, bathrooms, etc. All apartments have been modernly furnished with new furniture. The outdoor area has been redesigned.

There are 6 exclusive apartments with 1 or 2 bedrooms. All apartments feature high-quality designer flooring. All apartments have new bathrooms—some with natural light—completely new furnishings, and new kitchens equipped with a dishwasher, glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, and microwave (some as a combination unit), etc. All apartments are non-smoking.

A shared washing machine and dryer have been installed, along with bicycle storage, including charging stations for e-bikes.
