An elevator provides direct access from the underground parking garage, and there are on-site staff members available to assist you. Cleanliness is our top priority. Final cleaning is included.

The apartment (52 square meters) features a spacious living area with tile-look laminate flooring, an open kitchen, and a dining area.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, an oven with a microwave, a coffee maker, a Senseo coffee pad machine, a kettle, a toaster, and plenty of dishes and silverware.

A sleeper sofa (160 x 200) in the living area can accommodate up to 2 people.
For inclement weather, there is an HD TV, books, and board games. A first-aid kit is provided.

The bedroom is furnished with a bed (180 x 200 cm, two mattresses) and offers ample storage space and a closet. A vacuum cleaner, iron, hair dryer, and clothes rack are also provided.
Clean pillows (80 x 80) or (80 x 40) and duvets (135 x 200) are provided in multiple sets. You must bring your own bed linens, as well as hand towels and dish towels.

The apartment is located just 500 m from the dike and 100 m from the main building of Center Parcs Nordseeküste.
The activities offered there—such as the swimming pool and water park, sauna, spa, mini-golf, bowling, and tennis—are available for a fee.
