This comfortable vacation home is a single-story corner bungalow with approximately 60 square meters of living space, situated in a quiet side street in the Fedderwardersiel Vacation Park. Parking is, of course, available. The vacation home features a large living room with an adjoining kitchen and dining area. It also features a hallway, a shower room with a toilet, and two bedrooms; one of which serves as a children’s room with two single beds. (Please bring your own bed linens and towels.) This allows a total of 4 people to relax comfortably without any space constraints. A small dog is allowed upon request. NON-SMOKING HOUSE! The sofa area is cozy and just right for a relaxing vacation. The terrace, which opens off the large panoramic windows in the living room, leads out to the garden and the lawn. All the furniture is like-new. A satellite TV system with a 42-inch flat-screen TV is included, as is a stereo system with a CD player. The vacation home is fully equipped for self-catering with a complete set of dishes and cutlery, and features a fully stocked kitchen with a microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, etc. A dishwasher and a washing machine round out the amenities. In the cozy dining area, you can sit together in good company, have breakfast, and make plans for the day ahead. The bedrooms are equipped with duvets and pillows for each bed. Please bring your own bed linens. The children’s room also has enough space for two children. We’ve provided a small selection of games here for you to pass the time. The bathroom, featuring a skylight that lets in natural light, has been completely redesigned and is equipped with a nearly walk-in shower, a sink, and a toilet.<br>Utility costs (electricity, water, and heating) will be billed based on your personal usage (as indicated by meter readings) and deducted from your security deposit after departure.<br>You may optionally bring a pet for an additional fee. All dangerous dog breeds are excluded. Please understand that we can only accept pets that are clean and well-behaved. Pets are not allowed on the beds.<br><br>The photos shown may be examples.
