“Staying at the Long View Lodge gave us a genuine Adirondack experience. We especially enjoyed the porch with its rocking chairs overlooking the lake. Shower was hot and the towels were luxurious. Staff was friendly and helpful. ”

“This place was very clean, comfy beds, nice linens. For a rustic cabin, the interior was very updated with great appliances and all needed kitchen essentials. Ice maker was not working or not hooked up, as such would suggest adding a couple ice cube trays. Multiple heating sources which were great. We preferred the wood stove, and outdoor fire pit very enjoyable. There was plenty of wood provided. This place so close to snowmobile trail, we would love to return in winter season. “We had a great time. The property needs repairs but we weren't looking for perfection. It is a big place and we were able to spread out. The kitchen is great and we spent a lot of time cooking and eating together. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook or bake. There were plenty of paper products for our week stay. We did have to buy drinking water, not because of the discoloration but because it had a salty taste. “Our families had a great time at the lake house! The dock boat and sandbar were amazing and the neighbors were very kind. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. The property manager was very helpful and accommodating! Thank you! The only room for improvement I would suggest is to place an AC unit upstairs as it was a bit hot. That’s it! Thanks again!”
