“Nasty. We walked in and our room smelled horrible, had mold all over the walls, and hair all over the bed. The staff was rude when we asked for a refund and ended up disputing it with Expedia. Avoid this dump, rooms are clearly never cleaned.”

I paid for a king size Suite with a walk-in shower, I did not get it. The front desk person was polite, but said since I made it through a third party they don't always honor it and she told me there were no rooms with king size beds or walk-in showers available. “Staff at front desk were helpful and friendly. Most of the cleaning staff were not friendly at all. They took over the elevator and didn’t allow us to use it. They were on their phones or busy eating food. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. It was great to see that they had non pork items to choose from. Coffee maker was broken but staff did work hard to get it fixed for use. Rooms were very clean. Not enough towels for the amount of guest in the room but they were willing to give...
