Dogs - We only allow spayed or neutered Adult dogs, max 2 meduim sized. All dogs are not allowed to be left in the apartments unsupervised and are only allowed in the kitchen not in bedrooms or soft furnishing. All dogs are subject to complete a dog policy form.

Birthday weekend break
The property overall is high spec, clean and beautifully furnished. However a couple of things that let it down
The property was cold when we arrived. End of November and raining it was only 17 degrees inside. There heating switch was impossible to navigate to switch up and no matter what we did couldn’t. We found an electric heater which we used and made a big difference. Maybe more clarity on how to turn the heat up would be useful. The property was for three. There is not enough seating for three people. The sofa is lovely and slouchy but not for three people. If you want to relax where does the third person sit? The sofa is big enough only for two. We needed to connect the telly to the internet for it to work. It would not connect. We understand IT and it just would not connect. The password given in the manual did not work. We called the help number but sadly no one responded. So no telly viewing all weekend. And it was raining! There was no storage for clothes. No drawers at all and only three coat hangers! Also nowhere to hang your wet towels. Only little niggles but irritating nonetheless! Easily remedied I think with a little thought and prior inspection. Otherwise a lovely stay in Buxton

Disappointing and not to the standard we had paid for.
The internet was down for the entire length of our stay , the reason given that the outage on the previous Friday and a new Modem had to be ordered. Muse Escapes did not tell us that the internet was down before we arrived. We used the internet in Cafes in Buxton and other settings to order tickets for attractions etc.
The hot water was not on until the day after we arrived - the immersion heater switch had been taped down suggesting that it should not be used.. Muse Escapes said the cleaner would come to turn it back on.
The oven did not heat up, once it had been turned on it did not heat up. The Utube manual described how to turn on the hob, not the oven- and did not provide any help .
The staff we spoke to about these issues were helpful.
The suite was clean and comfortable but could do with some small chests of drawers for putting clothes in.
