“Rezervasyona 1 saat kala Ece Suite’te odanın kombisinin bozuk olduğu söylenerek Kumsal Hotel’e yönlendirildik. Daha küçük bir odaya alındık, itiraz edince önce “yok” denilen başka bir odaya geçtik. İkinci gün kaloriferler kapatıldı, açılamayacağı söylendi ve tekrar oda değiştirildi. Son odada klima yetersizdi, istediğimiz battaniye bile getirilmedi. Sürekli oda değişimi ve ısınma sorunu nedeniyle konaklama son derece konforsuzdu.”

“Very nice room and bathroom. The check-in was smooth and the staff was kind and helpful. The location is perfect because it is around 500 meters from Taksim Square on Istiklal Street. The Istiklal Street Tram has a stop right outside the hotel (Aga Camii). The hotel is 2 blocks from the main road where you can find buses to pretty much anywhere including Karakoy and Eminonu.
