A beautiful and spacious private house, located just 40 meters from the beach; The environment is highly structured, guaranteeing security and privacy for our guests; The house has all the necessary amenities to be considered comfortable for its guests;

The house is really a cozy and very special place.

All the decoration, despite being minimalist, expresses a lot of strength, wood and glass are the main elements.

In the living room, there is a grand piano;

There is adequate space for using a notebook, home office and also a charming reading corner;

Garage for 2 cars.

The house has 4 air-conditioned suites: 3 on the ground floor and 1 on the upper floor with a Jacuzzi, accommodating up to 10 people:

Upper suite: Double bed with balcony and Jacuzzi (2 people)

1st Ground floor suite: Double bed + 1 extra single mattress (3 people)

2nd Ground floor suite: Double bed (2 people)

3rd Ground floor suite: Double bed + 1 extra single mattress (3 people)

All 4 suites have double beds; one of the rooms is King (made by joining two single beds), so it can be used either way.

If desired, we can recommend excellent housekeepers who can prepare breakfast, lunch, and organize the house as needed. We can also recommend grill chefs if additional services are required during your stay.

Note: In the living room, there is a closed grand piano, for decoration only.

Manguinhos is an extremely delightful neighborhood to stay in. Local commerce is extremely varied and complete, including: Pharmacies, Bakeries, Markets, Fish Market, Great restaurants, decoration stores, convenience stores, Gas Stations, Laundry and much more!

Manguinhos is home to an extensive beach with calm, warmer waters. Ideal for hiking and has a beautiful golden sunset!

Porto da Barra is a strong tourist attraction as it is a stronghold of restaurants with different specialties. It’s about getting to know each other and falling in love!

For tourists who do not have their own car during their trip, the city is very well supplied with drivers for Uber and 99 taxi apps.

In the surroundings (up to 800 meters) of the house you can find: Gas station, 24-hour convenience store, supermarket, pharmacy, bakery. Avenida José Ribeiro Dantas has a very complete shopping center.
