“Circondata dal verde con ben curata ma la cosa che mi ha deluso ho trovato formiche nel letto .... più attenzione !!!!!”

“First and foremost Nikola was excellent- provided wonderful customer service. It’s hard to rate the hotel itself because we went during motoGP when hotel prices across the board seemed to be 3 times the normal cost. We also went during a heat wave and the hotel does not have a/c. They did provide fans/cooling units but they were no match for the property’s infrastructure and heat. That said the rooms were clean, breakfast spread was nice and the staff was great! Location was also a plus.”

“The room interior is quite new and the location is in the old city, close to the attractions, shops and restaurants. The down side is that it is directly about an active bar. They actually put ear plugs in the room for guest use. The what seems like a window in the photos is a second locked door, with no real window. No window to open for ventilation. When I was there there was a wet dirty stincking towel left inside the washing machine which cause the bathroom and the room to smell bad. I...

“The positives are many: the room is beautiful, the beds have curtains, the location is excellent, it is clean, there is a microwave, and it is cheap. Nonetheless, there are also some negatives: The beds are attached, so every time someone moves, the entire block can feel it. In another room, people were checking out early because of bedbugs. The bed is okayish, but not super comfortable. There is no cooking top. Checking in without a reception is a nightmare; everyone I spoke to was complaining...
