“The property is beautiful for the age of the building. I book the hotel for the pool but upon check in was told the pool was not working.”

“They told me that they didn’t care if i had a confirmation with them they refused to call their management to confirm it (due to the wifi being out but management had access to it ) they told me to either pay them cash or get off their property. This was after traveling from Philadelphia to MS for my daughter’s graduation. She was short and rude every step of the way. The place was rundown and had people smoking and drinking in the parking lot. It was horrible”

“I arrived to a filthy shower a toilet with pee and poop on the seat. A filthy microwave and refrigerator. A broken A.C and window. Grime all on the floors and no towels… I requested cleaning supplies tha i never got. I had to go out and get my own as well as towels and a fan. The other guest were loud throughout the night arguing and fighting. People smoking with their doors open. The TV only had three channels and the picture kept jumping. “I love Courtyard by Marriott. Staff at this location were friendly, but not nearly as helpful as the staff at the Courtyard we stayed at in Tallahassee. Our room had a bit of an odd smell but we never said anything. Otherwise, the room and the hotel were very clean and well maintained. Beds are very comfortable. These hotels have a nice snack bar where you can purchase drinks, snacks, alcohol and some toiletries and other supplies at a reasonable price. I needed a razor and they had extra behind...

“Upon checking in I got my key card for the room. I went to my room with my bags and there was a half dressed woman already in my room. I went back to the desk and was moved to another room. Once inside my room I looked around and and noticed yellow stains on the sheets and dirty shower floor. After thinking about the first incident with the woman already in my room I realized that she may have a significant other coming that might not be ok with what happened to her. “The only two concerns: - our room was so close to the highway, I could hear the trucks and cars all night. It was not quiet - parking lot had signs about customers assuming risk which didn’t make me feel comfortable that our cars (and stuff inside were safe) Probably wouldn’t stay here again”

“Stayed here recently and was very impressed with how clean everything was! The rooms smelled fresh, the bathrooms were spotless, and the entire hotel was well maintained. The staff was friendly and made check-in easy. Comfortable stay, quiet atmosphere, and you can tell they take pride in keeping the property clean. Would definitely stay here again!”
