“J’ai passé 3 jours à l’hôtel Alpeen et ce fut une excellente expérience. L’accueil était chaleureux, le personnel attentionné et toujours disponible. La chambre était très propre, confortable et bien aménagée, avec une belle vue sur les montagnes. L’hôtel est bien situé, au calme, tout en étant proche des sentiers et des activités proposées dans la station. Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour un séjour été comme hiver à la montagne ! Je reviendrai avec plaisir !”

“It was ok but expensive for what we got.We were told they were no towels as the hotel was full! There’s no room cleaning. Make your beds on arrive. Strip them and fully clean the room when you leave. And the lady in rebel ski hire was vile we had 2 children first pair of boots were to small she wasn’t happy about changing them probably the wrong time of the month not the experience would expect in a hire shop. Nice little supermarket on site and friendly lady.”

“J ai ete tres decue par cet hebergement, que je deconseille fortement ( et c est rare que je fasse des commentaires negatifs). Arrivee a 18h, pas de reception, cle dans une boite sur porte abimee dans couloir triste. Attention : pas de draps ni serviette ni torchon, ni kit vaiselle...rien...j ai du me debrouiller pour louer des draps en me deplacant chez un prestataire exterieur..../ l appart etait en tres mauvais etat, mal / pas nettoyé, il manquait une facade de meuble de cuisine, pas de lampe...

“Disappointing I would not return to this apartment. It was too small, the diswasher was broken, the equipment in the kitchen was old and some bits rusty. The sofa bed was torn, very uncomfortable and squeeky. The bathroom lights stopped working, the bathroom cupboard door was broken, the electric socket did not work and the sink was stained and dirty. We could not open the ski door locker so had to bring ski boots and ski's into the apartment. The pillows were not useable they were dirty...

“Die Wohnungen sind klein und einfach eingerichtet, aber es fehlt an nichts bis auf einem Backofen. Schlafzimmer sind sehr klein, so daß kein größeres Gepäck noch reinpassen (max. kleine Reisetasche). Die Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern werden für 7 Personen angegeben. Von uns aus, passen max. 4 Personen rein, da das Wohnzimmer als Lagerplatz für das Gepäck und Skisachen benötigt wird. Klopapier mitbringen oder vor Ort kaufen !! Böden in den Schränken waren zum Teil nicht fest, so dass diese nicht...

No need to get in the lifts in the morning to get to the slopes. The room had everything we needed and had much more space than I thought we would get. “Super séjour. Semaine " hors saison" calme et conviviale à l'ambiance très familiale. Le dîner ( entrée, plat, dessert) servi à table était excellent tout comme le petit déjeuner simple mais bon. À noter la gentillesse de tout le personnel " managé" par Jean, adorable et très professionnel. L'hôtel est idéalement placé, départ et arrivée skis aux pieds. Une semaine vraiment très réussie.”

“No towels and bed sheets provided whereas it should have. Poor communication. I was told towels and sheets would be delivered next day before noon, but was then told it is impossible!!! Tiny apartment, just fits one person, with shelves for only one day change of clothes. Dirty beds and sofas, old furniture… OVERPRICED!!! To be avoided!!!”

La Literie était sale (les alèses étaient tachées) et nous avons eu droit à des punaises de lit !! “I didnt recieve the key box code in time, was never told that towels and linen needed to be ordered , and the residence has no luggage or ski storage. I would avoid this apartment for ski vacations to Courchevel but the other residences managed by the building seem to be better managed with on site staff. ”

“The apartment had not been cleaned. There was no bedding. We reported this to the number we had and the room got cleaned but there was still no bedding. We went out for dinner and when we returned the bedding was in a bag outside the door so we had to make our own beds at 1 am. Not acceptable. It was also very noisy. Contacted the hotel to see if they would provide a refund but no response. ”
