    Questa nuova casa con 3 camere da letto e 3 bagni con vista sull'oceano si trova a 50 minuti dall'aeroporto internazionale di Liberia. Casa Rosa è una casa di livello singolo con oltre 3000 metri quadrati di spazio vitale. Il maestro ha un letto matrimoniale, seconda camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e terza camera da letto con letto matrimoniale. Questa casa è decorata professionalmente e dispone di mobili di fascia alta, cucina di design e una pianta spaziosa.     Questa casa vacanza sembra più una casa, non un affitto. Nessuna spesa è stata risparmiata. I servizi includono la connessione internet wireless gratuita, via cavo, A / C in tutto. Incredibili viste sull'oceano praticamente da ogni stanza. L'area privata del cortile presenta una piscina a sfioro di design, un'area coperta per barbecue / rancho e i migliori tramonti che la Costa Rica ha da offrire. C'���� un parcheggio custodito, sistema di allarme, servizio di pulizia incluso due volte a settimana senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. Casa Rosa è idealmente situata a Playa Flamingo, in Costa Rica, sulla famosa South Ridge.

    Flamingo Beach è parte della Costa Rica Riviera e si trova a solo 1/2 miglio dalla proprietà. Flamingo vanta una bellissima spiaggia di sabbia bianca lunga un miglio con una corrente mite e corrente. Questa spiaggia �� perfetta per nuotare e prendere il sole. Una delle spiagge di surf più famose al mondo, Playa Grande, è a soli 15 minuti in auto e la vivace città di surf di Tamarindo è abbastanza vicina per offrirti shopping più divertente, lezioni di surf e una vasta selezione di ristoranti e locali notturni. Consigliamo un'auto per questa zona a causa della topografia collinare e della facilità di spostarsi. Per gruppi più numerosi, gestiamo la casa accanto, Casa de los Congos, che può ospitare 10 persone.

Place was as described and very nice. Views were fantastic! Only complaint and it stated in the description is the construction behind the house. They start working early. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic family vacation

The house is as described! The view is beautiful and Costa Rica is amazing. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to prepare for dinner. We loved everything about our stay at Casa Rosa but the gem was definitely Alex! Her attentiveness was beyond any concierge or travel agent we have ever worked with. She coordinated everything and is an absolute delight.

Beautiful!!

My family loves this place. The best VRBO we have stayed in by far. Amazing views. Flamingo beach just down the hill (morning walk - 3 miles to end of beach and back). Very cool beach communities within 30 minutes. Howling monkey family lives in the forest below, black vulture family frequently lands on the patio. The country is beautiful, the people are wonderful and the food is amazing.

Absolutely incredible property in Playa Flamingo!!!

We had an incredible 3 night stay in Casa Rosa, Playa Flamingo. An absolute palace of a house with every amenity you could ever ask for - fantastic indoor and outdoor spaces with a million dollar view from the pool and patio! We had some wonderful meals at Coco Loco, a restaurant right down the hill, and enjoyed being five minutes from the beach! Blue Zone and the concierge were very communicative and every need we had was met during our stay. If we return to Playa Flamingo, we will be staying in this house again!

Lovely house and stunning view

My family of four adults and two children really enjoyed this beautiful house. The most amazing thing is the stunning view of the ocean from the patio where we spent most of our time. The concierge, Alexandra, was wonderful and met our every need and helped us to arrange our wonderful vacation. we even had a cook come in several times during the week who cooked us fabulous Costa Rican meals. Alexandra, also set up several amazing adventures that we all enjoyed. We would definitely come back to this beautiful home another time.

Amazing home, Amazing View, Amazing property management

This was our first time going to the Flamingo beach area during the so called rainy season, in our last 6 visits and we had the same wonderful experience. The house was exceptional for our family, clean, well appointed , well decorated, all the amenities needed. The infinity pool view over looking the Flamingo Beach is second to none. Alexa, from Blue Water property management was beyond exceptional, she was absolutely Amazing to work with before, during and after our stay. Highly recommend this home it will not disappoint!!!!

Gorgeous View

Lovely home. Gorgeous view of Playa Flamingo. Beautiful pool and patio. The kitchen was very well stocked. Comfortable beds and nice linens. Plenty of bath towels and beach towels. We had no trouble with the A/C, WiFi, or electricity. There is some unavoidable construction noise across the street. A new drip coffee maker would be nice because the current coffee maker takes a long time to brew. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us. Oh how our family loves Costa Rica. Pura Vida!

Stunning Home with Gorgeous Views

We stayed here May 6–10 and had a lovely experience overall. The property is stunning, with breathtaking sunset views. The infinity pool is a highlight, set in a lush garden filled with vibrant flowers and birds. We loved listening to the waves and watching boats pass by while relaxing poolside. The outdoor space is peaceful and well-designed, with plenty of shaded and sunny seating.Inside, the home was spotless and tastefully decorated with quality finishes. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we appreciated the convenient laundry area, great bathrooms, and ample plush towels. Each bedroom having separate A/C controls was a nice bonus!That said, a few things future guests might want to know: The mattresses felt worn, with pilly sheets and basic pillows that made sleep less restful. Exterior security lights stay on all night, and a monitor displaying camera feeds adds to the brightness in the master bedroom. Blackout curtains would be a welcome addition, particularly since the sun rises early. Red A/C displays also contributed to the lack of darkness.Construction on the house below started at 6:45 am each weekday, a bit later on Saturday, which disrupted the otherwise tranquil setting. The road to the home is rough and challenging on foot, especially at night—having a car is a must.In all, this is a stunning and well-maintained home with many wonderful features. We truly enjoyed our stay and think it could be an exceptional rental with a few thoughtful improvements.

Amazing stay at Casa Rosa

The entire process was perfecto! Alexandra was amazing- from booking our transfers, excursions and even booking Karen, the amazing singing cook who came a couple times and cooked our whole days worth of meals! We absolutely loved Alberto, our transfer guide from LIR Airport to Arenal where we stayed for 3 nights and then from Arenal to Flamingo! He offered us water and beer and took us to a local place to eat on way to Arenal which was so delicious and even took us to the market on way to Flamingo to stock up for our next location! Casa Rosa was even more beautiful in person that pictures couldn't even do it justice. The intricate decor, take your time to look around at this because it is amazing! The view of the ocean and sunsets from the infinity pool was breathtaking. There was some construction nearby but if you get up early enough you can drink your coffee to the sounds of the ocean prior to them starting and at night is quiet and there was a post where someone stays all night to probably guard the construction equipment so that is a nice benefit for you too, although I never felt unsafe there at all and the locals where very friendly and most speak English well! Just a warning though, the road going up to the place is narrow and steep in some places so if you rent a car, you need 4 wheel drive. We rented a golf cart instead and took that everywhere which Alexandra set up for us! Do take the dirt road into town and drive slowly because you will see monkeys!!

Lovely home, beautifully decorated with absolutely everything you could possibly need. The primary bedroom with the large closet spave and soaking tub was a favorite. The location is perfect for quick trips down to the beach at Playa Flamingo, and ideal for day trips to other locations. The hosts were great communicators, and had amazing suggestions, and helped set up a fantastic snorkel trip at the last minute. We will be back!

Highly recommend! 🤩

This rental property is amazing! Very private! It has everything you need just buy your groceries and you are good to go! The bedrooms were great, very clean. Kitchen is fully stocked and they even provide you with detergent and softener for your clothes. The pool is spectacular! Amazing views, but the pumps shut down at night (not much of a problem though). We had no kids it was four of us so it was the perfect stay! It is somewhat at the top of a mountain like the outskirts. What’s around it is just a few stores but if you really want the touristic place (tamarindo) it is about 30-45 minutes away. I highly recommend to take the time and make it to tamarindo. Hope this review helps! 🤗

The villa was nice. One AC didn’t work and some others are in need of maintenance. A couple of the toilets need maintenance, as we had to manually adjust each time to stop the water from running. Next to a very busy road, so it gets noisy early. It served its purpose. Space is great! Kitchen is spacious and pool area is nice with fantastic view…just a little bit of a hike uphill from this particular unit.

Casa Rosa is a Slice of Heaven

After extending our stay in Costa Rica, we decided to move to Casa Rosa (Playa Flamingo) to enjoy a new location during our last week. And we are so happy that we did! Everything about this house is truely amazing. My husband, 3 kids (9, 4, 2) and I would have kept extending if we could :) From the moment you walk in the door, you are taken back by the well adorned house, decorations, floor plan, amazing views and pool/patio. The house has everything you need from concierge services, lovely goodie basket upon arrival, friendly security guard out front (for community) and welcoming Blue Water staff to make your stay as seamless as possible. There wasn't a detail missed in this house. Great location to Playa Flamingo, nearby restaurants, beaches, etc. We'll definitely be back on our next visit! Thank you!

Beautiful view of a great beach

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Casa Rosa. There were a few things that didn't work at the house, such as outdoor lights and sink disposal, so maintenance team came in to repair. Planning with Allen from BlueWater was very efficient and he responded quickly to answer all our questions and arrange cars, a yoga teacher and a chef to come to the house.

Beautiful house! Breathtaking view!

Casa Rosa is a beautiful house with the most breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean! It was the perfect size for my sisters, my mother and I. The staff of Bluewater Properties, from Becky Clower, the concierge, Marcela, our driver, to our housekeeper, Marisa, were all very pleasant to work with. They really did their best to make our stay enjoyable! Our driver was there at the airport before we even landed. The van was very nice, clean, comfortable, and very roomy. Our driver even helped us shop for groceries on our way to the villa. Marcela was at the villa when we arrived and showed us around. Casa Rosa made us feel very relaxed, we didn't even want to leave and sight-see. Concierge also arranged for in-home massages for us, and all three masseuses were terrific! Casa Rosa is well-appointed, the ground is well -maintained, with a nice infinity pool. We also felt very safe as the guardhouse was right across the street from the villa. We had a couple of nights of private chef dinner cooked for us at the villa by the chef and owner of the local restaurant Coco Loco. It was just so nice and relaxing to enjoy cocktails by the pool, enjoying the beautiful sunset. My sisters and I didn't want to leave. The only thing somewhat negative I can say is the plastic dishes. I understand that you want to use plastic plastic plates and tumblers by the pool for safety reason, but I wish the dishes were not so old, scuffed and cracked. We were very hesitant to use them as bacterias could be living between the cracks. Anyway, I hope they will replace them with a new set. And maybe add more dinner ware set. Also, there were two coffee makers, but we were only able to use the smaller one that makes 2-3 cups. The bigger one didn't work. I guess we could have told Marcela or Marisa, and they probably would have done something about it, but we just never did. I still rate Casa Rosa as 5-stars overall. My sisters and I all agreed that we will come back. Thank you again to Becky, Marcela and Marisa, and our wonderful driver (I forgot his name). We hope to visit and stay at Casa Rosa again in the not so distant future!

The perfect place to stay in Playa Flamingo

This was not the first property that we chose for our trip in Nov 2018, however the first property that we booked was unavailable, so Blue Water Properties offered us Casa Rosa instead. I was a little disappointed at first, as I had been looking forward for a year to staying at the property that I initially chose, but any disappointment that I felt was immediately forgotten once we walked into the door at Casa Rosa! First Impressions: When we walked in the door, we literally all dropped our bags and said "wow". The floor to ceiling windows overlooking the pool and beach were unbelievable. We couldn't get into our bathing suits fast enough to hit the pool! House The house is huge - there were 4 uf us (2 couples) and we joked that each couple had their own "wing" of the house! The bedrooms were all very large, lots of storage, tastefully decorated and the bathrooms were fully stocked with everything we needed. There was plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The common ares (dining, living room etc) were also very spacious, laid out perfectly and there was more than enough space for 4 of us to socialize when we wanted to. The house is on a hill just up the road from the beach. It's in a private, gated community and we felt very safe on the property. Casa Rosa itself is also gated and has security/door alarms and a safe to store valuables. The security guard station is directly across from the house, so you'll feel very secure in Costa Rica if staying at Casa Rosa. Pool/Outdoor Area The pool was perfect! It's an infinity pool and we spent most nights in the pool, enjoying a drink and watching the sunsets. We even found a few pool noodles and ball to play with in the pool. There's a covered ranchero area with dining table and big BBQ. We cooked and dined outside pretty much every night. There are 4 loungers poolside, with a few side tables, and that was a welcome spot to have coffee and read by the pool. There are also a few chairs and small couch outside the kitchen/master bedroom to chill in. There's a lovely garden surrounding the entire house and it really adds to the feeling of being in paradise! Overall, we were very impressed with Casa Rosa and Blue Water Properties. They were even kind enough to bring a birthday cake and bottle of wine (as we had come to celebrate my birthday). BWP's also helped provide info on tours etc. I can't thank them enough for helping to make my birthday and our vacation one of the best I've ever had.
