  • Questa magnifica casa può ospitare fino a 10 persone e ha tutti i comfort che ti aspetteresti in una villa di lusso. Casa Lilliana si trova sulla collina di cresta nord di Flamingo, a pochi passi dalla bellissima spiaggia Flamingo della Costa Rica, famosa per il suo cielo sereno e il clima temperato, con brezze marine che rinfrescano il paesaggio e tramonti leggendari che vi incanteranno. Playa Flamingo è considerata una delle più belle spiagge di sabbia bianca in Costa Rica e una delle più panoramiche.

    Questa casa vacanza eccezionale ha una cucina completamente attrezzata, aria condizionata, barbecue grill, telefono, TV via cavo, accesso internet ad alta velocità, mobili nuovi, tutti gli asciugamani e biancheria per la casa forniti, una lavatrice, asciugatrice ... e molto altro ancora. Ogni camera ha il proprio bagno privato e tv.

    Camera da letto principale ha un letto matrimoniale, balcone con gradini per la piscina, vasca idromassaggio, doccia e doppi lavandini in bagno.
    Guest Bedroom # 1 ha un letto matrimoniale e bagno privato.
    Guest Bedroom # 2 ha un letto matrimoniale, balcone con vista e bagno privato.
    Guest Bedroom # 3 ha un letto matrimoniale e bagno privato.
    L'ultima camera può essere utilizzata come quinta camera da letto con un divano letto o come divano per il relax in una sala tv. C'è anche un bagno di 1/2 nella stanza.

    Una camera per gli ospiti e una sala tv si trovano al primo piano e sono molto convenienti per coloro che desiderano evitare i gradini. Il master e le altre due camere per gli ospiti si trovano al secondo piano.

Great size and location

This house was great! The house is a good size with lots of room. The outdoor area is beautiful and the pool was refreshing. It’s close to the beach and dining. The rental company was easy to deal with and offered many other services. I would stay again.

Stayed 8 Days - Dec 2019 and New Years

7 of our family members stayed for 8 days over New Years. We enjoyed our stay but did find there were some issues with our rental. I did ask the owner to contact me via cell or email ( I left this info in the guest book) and never did hear back which I thought disrespectful. First off, we were never told which day the maid was to come...she came on the day we choose to have a stay in and enjoy the pool. She was there early and stayed all day. We felt we need to tip in order to get her to go. There was debris/cloudiness in the pool for the majority of the time. A pool cleaner came once and cleaned/filled but that was it. We felt they were waiting until we left to do a big clean and fill...as we were told the owners were the next to be there. Is this why the pool was left unattended to and the water level to go so low? IDK but we did take notice of all the action the day prior and the morning of our departure. Cleanliness of the pool is as important to us as the owner...if not more. We had NO water for an entire day. We had guys in and out of there the day of the maid. It was grand center station for an entire day. Did we get an apology or a call..? The answer is no. This was so disappointing as we really wanted a nice day by ourselves by the pool and it turned out to be a day about a maid, plumber, many others in and out, no water and we had a reservation booked for dinner at 7...which turned out to be no shower and pool hair for us girls. Owner: I would expect when you show pictures of umbrellas and chairs around the pool on VRBO...that's what a renter expects. 3 of our chairs were broken and there were no umbrellas. When I asked for umbrellas so we could sit out in the heat/sun......the answer was a clear no!

House with a view

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house. We had an issue the first day with an air conditioner not working in one of the bedrooms. They came right away on a Saturday and actually had to have it replaced and it got done even on a Saturday. Would definitely suggest getting golf carts because the house is located on a hill which offers a great view, but a difficult walk. We had a group of 8 and had plenty of room in the house. It would have been nice to have an instruction book that explained the house. We would recommend this house and would love to come back again to beautiful Costa Rica.

Beautiful Property

We recently took all of our adult children and grandchild to stay at Casa Liliana and we couldnt have picked a more perfect property. It was close to many great restaurants and brewerys. We had a golf cart which was fun and made it easier to get around and to the beach. The kids went fishing and we were able to cook the fish right at our house. We had such an awesome time, the view from the home is spectacular. Cant wait to go back!

High on the Hill in Paradise

Our family of 10 loved this house - it was well-decorated, well-equipped and spacious. We all loved the outside dining and lounging areas, and of course the pool and the slide into it! Alonso was helpful and there in a minute when I accidentally set off the house alarm. We loved the small town of Playa Flamingo, quite a few restaurants for take-out and dining in. The only small negative was the very steep climb back up the hill from the beach. A golf cart would have been very helpful, but it was Christmas week and they were all booked. But we did get our exercise, and that was no doubt good for us. If you rent here we would recommend having Juan at letuscookforyou provide at least one dinner at the house, and we highly recommend zip-lining at Canyon Trail Canopy Tour.

Slice of Heaven

Excellent property for different size and types of groups. Stayed with my family and also on a trip with friends. Can easily be a great spot for two families, 3-4 couples or alot of friends. Extremely spacious and private home on a dead end street. 4 full baths and 1 half bath are excellent. Pool and slide are a good size with lots of deck space. Home is up to date and very clean with property company a short walk. Playa Flamingo is a quiet beach community with several excellent restaurants within walking distance of the house:

Incredible home and vacation spot!!!

What a pleasant surprise. This vacation had it all. Casa Liliana has plenty of space for everyone including a bath for every bedroom, huge kitchen, open living spaces and great outdoor spaces with private pool, slide and hot tub made our stay so enjoyable. We loved the location as you're right on top of the beach, restaurants and shops. Thanks for ordering 92 - 98 degree sun filled days and all the crazy sunsets too. We've already booked our next stay at Casa Liliana and can't wait. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!!

Lifetime memories at a place you can't forget!

I have stayed in several places in Costa Rica and this place was perfect. The place is beautiful if you stay with large family or friends. Perfect if you want to relax by the pool, walk down to the beach, or walk to eat a meal on the beach. We ended up renting the fishing boat called the Wet Ass ll in thr local marina and the crew were awesome. We caught 5 mahi mahi. The crew fillet them and we had the local restaurant on the beach cook it up in many different ways. We went away from the area and there were many options from 10 min to under a hour from zip lining, rain forest, animal sancutaury to water tubing to surfing and I could go on. Loved the restaurant and bars as they were nice and mellow while 20 min away we spent a few nights in the surfer town Tamarindo which is very much alive at night. Lastly the location is one thing but the place is great with its open concept it's great for a lot of people to feel all together but with a lot of space. I regreted staying here in the past and then trying another place that was more expensive that didnt deliver the experience like Casa Liliana. Thank you again for the memories and I will be coming back for 4th time next year!! I have two trips planned for my extended family and one with a bunch of friends. Can't wait! Beautiful views, convenient to beach, walk to town.

Our two families of 10 total had a great time at this place in Flamingo Beach. Clean, well maintained and the most comfortable beds we have slept in at a rental place! Plenty of space to lounge day and night, convenient to Flamingo Beach. Great market for all essentials right down the road. Great pool that kept the kids entertained from morning (yes 6am because they could not get enough) to night. Management was very responsive, showing up within one hour after notifying them that the gas was out on the grill and the coffee pot broken. Would rent again here!

Perfect House

This was the perfect house for our family gathering. I had 4 cousins from Germany and 5 from WA State. It was a great location and as always enjoyed the Flamingo beach area. Coco Loco was the perfect spot for beautiful sunsets with excellent sangria. Casa Liliana is a beautiful home with everything we needed to enjoy our visit. I would recommend this to anyone that has a group that is looking for a great place to stay together to relax and enjoy. The management was always ready to assist if anything was needed and as always we enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you for everything.

This house was perfect! Pura Vida!

This house was great and had everything we needed. Phem at Special Places helped us with everything we needed. The space was perfect. An easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The pool was perfect to come home to in the afternoon when the beach got a little too hot. The temperature was perfect. We made friends with the many iguanas who would visit, and spent many nights enjoying domino games outside at the large family table. It was very clean, the decor was fresh and fun, and the fact that everyone had their own bathroom was a real plus. Our two favorite restaurants happened to be within walking distance - Coco Loco and Surf Shack! Our only complaint which has nothing to do with the house is that we didn't rent a four wheel drive/automatic car. The roads in CR are tough and not great for a little rental car! All in all it was a great experience our family is not soon to forget!

Casa Liliana- Hidden Gem in Playa Flamingo!

I stayed with friends at Casa Liliana for a recent vacation. The location and accommodations cannot be beat. You are within walking distance to several great spots (including one of the best beaches in Costa Rica). The property boasts four spacious bedrooms, a great office, modern kitchen, and relaxing pool/deck area. I can't think of a better launching point for a great vacation in Costa Rica than Casa Liliana!

Perfect spot for any occasion

This immaculate 5 bedroom property is walking distance to Flamingo Beach. I have stayed here before and am already planning to go back next year. The home has a large open concept kitchen and living area that has plenty of space for a large group. Deck and pool area is good size with a large table and chairs along with pool loungers. There is a grill there also but we didnt use it. In the several visits to this area of Costa Rica we have found that we like Flamingo Beach to be the best overall beach. There is nice shade in the trees near where you park your car if you want to get out of the sun. The beach is great for a low tide run or walk and the sunsets are second to none. Several good restaurants in the area with the SurfBox being a must for breakfast. If you go try the Acai Bowl. You will not regret staying here The kit

Beautiful Home!

We spent a week at this home and loved it! It was tastefully decorated. It was a perfect gathering over Thanksgiving week for a big family of 10, plus toddler. We arrived from all over the US, and the property manager even arranged transportation. The decorating and facilities were beautiful. We spent the week in the beautiful pool and walked to the beach daily. All our advance questions were answered timely and with courtesy. (We did need to call a number of times for simple maintenance issues while there, but the staff was very responsive. All our needs were addressed.) We hired a private chef who cooked for us, but there were also restaurants in the area we could walk to. (The hill to the beach and restaurants is pretty steep, however, so it's not good for those with walking issues.) We loved having our own washer & dryer. We'd highly recommend this place! We want to go back.

Awesome home

I loved this house and the location! The property management company, Special Places, was great to work with. They will help you with whatever you may need. The house is exactly as described and beautifully decorated. The AC units work very well and cool the home quickly. The home is a short walk to the beach. But I was surprised that no one mentioned in previous reviews that there is a long driveway along the walk that has a steep incline with a staircase along side of it. It was very manageable though for everyone in our party to get to the beach. Once you get to the beach, keep walking south for about 5 minutes until you get to Coco Loco. It is a great restaurant with wonderful food and it's an affordable lunch or dinner that you can have right on the beach with your feet in the sand. It is one of our favorite memories of our stay. This is one of my favorite vacation homes that we've stayed in. I would love to return.

We really enjoyed our stay at this great house. It was everything we'd hope for. The only problem we had was the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms. It took a Day for someone to come fix it for it to break the next day. Very close to great beach Would recommend to people to stay here. I give it 4 out of 5 stars

Relaxing, Private, Spacious Vacation

We recently stayed at Casa Liliana for 2 weeks. This is our 4th time to Costa Rica as well as Casa Liliana…… and we keep returning due to the vibe all around (friendly people, great weather, good food & the comfortable accommodations of this property!) It is the perfect vacation. The house is very spacious and well maintained all around. The views are excellent, over-looking Flamingo Beach. It is very Quiet & Private when just relaxing by the pool reading, listening to music, grilling etc. We spent a lot of time just hanging at the house. Safe neighborhood. Beautiful kitchen if you want to prepare your own food. There is also many restaurant options very close by- Anything from Seafood to Pizza to local Costa Rican Restaurants/Soda’s. We love to try the local food. Angelina’s has great pizza, Coco Loco on Flamingo Beach has excellent food- Ahi Tuna taco’s are incredible there) Lots of other towns to explore close by.. Tamarindo is a 20 minute drive, fun area with tons of restaurants and shopping and activity. Many great beaches in area, but we just love Flamingo Beach .. and very close to this property.

Beautiful House! Great Service!

Stayed in this house for a week with two families (10 people) and it was wonderful. The house is even better than the pictures and it's a very short walk to the beach. Playa Flamingo is beautiful. If you have kids, the water slide to the pool will entertain them for hours when you're not at the beach or other places. We went through Special Places to schedule some guided excursions and private chefs for a few dinners and it was so worth it. Phem was incredibly helpful with questions or requests. We would definitely return to this house!

Loved staying here!

This house was just perfect for our stay. We loved it! The pool was so fun for the kids. The pool has a slide! The house is only a short 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. There are plenty of towels and linens. And the rooms are all well kept. The air conditioner works well so you can sleep good at night. We had 4 adults and 6 kids, the house fit us perfectly. And there is wifi in the house. And the tap water is great for drinking. The neighborhood is lovely and friendly as you walk around. I felt completely safe. It didn't feel crowded or too touristy. The management for this house is AMAZING! They took care of setting up rides to/from the airport, renting cars, and information on private chefs and excursions. Really made the trip easier to plan. There is a grocery store nearby that is fully stocked with everything you need. I recommend renting a car. We also hired Frank and Juan as private chefs for a few evenings. It was our favorite part of the trip. We also did the hikes to the volcano excursion, estuary tour, and rainforest tour. So fun! If you want to go where it's more crowded for souvenir shops and more restaurants take a trip to Tamarindo for the day. It's only a 30 minute drive and so easy to get to. I would absolutely come back to this house and highly recommend it to everyone. It was my first time to Costa Rica, such a friendly and lovely place. I want to come back.

Awesome Family vacation to celebrate my retirement

10 of us totally enjoyed our stay at Casa Lilliana last month. It was everything I had hoped for, as it was to celebrate my retirement with my immediate family. We had 8 adults and 2 little girls 4 & 6. The pool was amazing and so beautiful with the tropical plants. The views from the home of the beach were breathtaking! It is a 10 minute walk to beach but everyone was content with the nice beach. There was a heavy rainstorm our 3rd day there. The pool started getting dis colored and on Sunday we had to call the management and they sent someone over to shock it. By the next day it was usable again. The house was comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. It was everyone's favorite vacation. If any suggestions, I would say more beach towels as there were only 8 for 10 people. The kitchen was supplied well with dishes and pans and small appliances. We had a husband/wife come in and cook my special dinner for my celebration and it was fabulous! WOW!!! WHAT A PLACE!!!

Casa Lilliana is an amazing vacation home for either couples or for 1-2 families. Stayed here in February and with four bedrooms having full baths and the large kitchen/living space it can accommodate a large group. The pool/deck area is beautiful and spacious and the entire corner property is well maintained. You are a short walk to several restaurants and the home is set on a hill with a view of the beach. We went to several other beach areas during our stay, but found playa flamingo to to be the best if all of them. If you are looking for a villa of this size look no further then casa lilliana.

Right At Home In The Middle Of Paradise

I travelled with a group of friends to Casa Liliana and was not sure what to expect in terms of our accommodations. When I say it was much more than I could have expected, that is an understatement. It is a beautiful, fully furnished two-story home. It has everything you would expect in a brand new home, and anything you could think of is taken care of. It has a bathroom in every bedroom, and a fully furnished kitchen. If you prefer, you can lay out by the pool and cook all of your meals in the amazing kitchen, and never leave for your entire stay. Of course, it is also a great location to get out and explore all that Costa Rica's Pacific coast has to offer. The group I was with did a nice mix of relaxing and exploring, and it was an ideal vacation!
