The open-concept living-dining-kitchen area connects through glass doors to a large, furnished balcony with a barbecue, which overlooks a postcard-perfect bay. From here you can see the world-class Flamingo Marina with the boats anchored in the Bay of the picturesque Potrero Beach.



This vacation home is fully A/C with ceiling fans and lots of natural light. The living room features plush blue furniture, attractive artwork, and plants. A smartTV with Netflix. The round glass dining room table seats four, and there’s also a breakfast bar that seats two for a bit or chit-chat while cooking in the chef-ready kitchen to cook at your ease. Also find a huge stainless-steel refrigerator, microwave, double sink, quartz counters, wooden cabinets, pots, pans, and all utensils needed.



The two bedrooms feature queen beds, with rich wooden dressers, and tropical art. The headboards, closets, and doors are made of the same striking golden-brown wood found throughout the unit, giving you a warm and cozy atmosphere.
