I booked a room with 2 queen beds and was given a room with 2 full size beds. Beds were uncomfortable, you could feel the springs. I didn't have a great experience the first time, and this wasn't much better.

I needed a downstairs, non smoking room due disabilities. I was told I booked a king bed and could not switch to a 2 queen bed room. So I had an upstairs, smoking room. May stay there again (it's not my usual hotel there) but if I do, I will make sure my room is non smoking downstairs before booking. My lungs are on fire, as are my back and my feet, from walking up and down the stairs. I am pretty much incapacitated today and will have to go to the doctor tomorrow. There was also a lack of handicapped parking spots near the stairs. This is not ADA compliant, as my disabilities were NOT accommodated, all due to the type of room I book and their refusal to change it to a different type room. When I booked it didn't say the kind bed room was upstairs.

Stomping
Staff was super friendly. Beds were comfortable. The only problem we encountered was the upstairs neighbors were stomping across the room at 4 am. I’m not sure if it was other guests or housekeeping.

The room looked clean, but smelled funky and there were stains on the carpet, etc. The evening clerk was lovely when we checked in. The morning clerk is sullen and grumpy. Breakfast was skimpy & unsatisfying, and posted warnings about only taking one breakast are accusatory and unwelcoming.

Didn’t like the factor I got double charged and then made to feel like it’s my fault. Beds were way too high off the ground. The carpet around our door was coming up so you can literally see outside. Microwave only had one setting that worked..the express 30 second button. Some light fixtures didn’t work. Breakfast was extremely skimpy… Our room cards were shut off 30-45 minutes before checkout and cleaning crew was literally standing and staring us down at our door while we loaded up our stuff to leave. Very uncomfortable.. We did have easy access to food and stores.

The first non-smoking room we were given smelled of smoke. The second room was okay, but had a minimum amount of electrical outlets for charging devices and the shower/tub separation nozzle did not work so water came out of both spigots.

Good Stay for the Money
Overall a good stay. Property in good condition. Property and room were clean. Air Conditioner worked Great and was the kind that would stay on and run continuously which provides a good atmosphere for sleeping. Bed was little too firm for me. Water pressure in shower was a little weaker than I like with the water saver shower head installed. Breakfast was OK with plenty of Carbs but no hot food. But my total bill with taxes was only $76.60!

Had an interesting interaction with the people behind the front desk at checkin. Booked a nonsmoking room and ended up with one that wreaked of smoke. Wasn’t able to get a non smoking as the lobby was also full of cigarette smoke. The smell then got worse the second night. Would not stay again. The only pluses were the low price and easy access to get where we needed to go.

Unorganized
The Cabot, Arkansas location was completely unorganized. Checked us into a room that was already occupied, swapped us to a room with only 1 bed with 4 people on the reservation. Then, checked us out Saturday, we went ahead and left, so only stayed 1 night. The person at the front desk when I went to the office Saturday to find out what happen, or why we could not deal to a 2 bed room said “I’m just part time, I can not help you.” The mirror was broken and taped, the smoke detector was disabled

Untrained Staff and Bad Service
This facility has untrained staff and overall hotel was full of issues. When I checked-in, I was double charged for a pre-booked and pre-paid room. It took me several calls and over 4 days in middle of my vacation to get my money back. I was charged even when I checked out of this facility. Sheets in the room were dirty and full of human hair. Bathroom door was broken. Toilet flush was not working properly. Room has lot of roaches. No microwave facility during breakfast.
