Charming house completely renovated on 2 floors with terrace and small garden, ideally located, 3 minutes from the beach, the Grand Hotel and the City Center.

The accommodation
As you enter the garden, you discover a beautiful wooden terrace which leads, on the left, to a French window and on the right, to a bay window - which are the 2 accesses to the living room.

A sofa, 3 armchairs surround a coffee table - all warmed (in mid-season) by a very efficient wood stove!

The living room opens onto the fitted kitchen, which in turn opens onto a small dining room for 6 people in the shape of a corridor - to accommodate your meals on rainy days (which, as everyone knows, are rare in Normandy...).

Near the French window, a small bathroom with shower, toilet, washer dryer.

A pretty staircase dominates the living room and leads to the first floor, from where a corridor with glass roofs opens onto the 2 bedrooms on the first floor.

A shower room with toilets, and a small office for your teleworking sessions.

The 2nd floor is reached by a brand new staircase.

A small landing and two bedrooms (one large - with a table to work with if necessary - and a small one) await you on the second floor.
