Air-conditioned villa with a pool located in Cabriès: a quiet Provençal village, ideally situated between Aix and Marseille, 15 minutes from the Aix TGV train station and 20 minutes from Marseille Provence Airport. Close to the main tourist sites of the region: from the Luberon to the calanques of Cassis, including the Côte Bleue, Aix-en-Provence, and Marseille. 600 meters from the house is the hamlet of Cabriès with shops: bakery, pizzeria, pharmacy, and grocery store. 1 km away is a leisure park, Décathlon Village, offering: 18-hole golf, mini-golf, equestrian center, adventure park, gym, spa, climbing, squash courts, padel, soccer field, ...

The house is recent (built in 2022), modern, uses 100% renewable energy, and has a large tree-filled garden. The exterior consists of a large 40m² terrace with a relaxation area and a dining table. The terrace overlooks an in-ground pool of 7x3m. The pool is secured by an alarm and a bar cover, which allows opening and closing the pool in a few minutes. Outdoor games are available: ping-pong table, basketball court, and soccer goal.

Inside, the ground floor consists of:
- a large kitchen with a bar open to a large dining room and a living room
- an entrance and a toilet with a sink.
- The ground floor also has a pantry/laundry room and a separate space with 2 beds in a mezzanine (double mattress of 140cm).

Upstairs, the house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms:
- bedroom 1 with a double bed (140 cm) and an integrated bathroom with a shower and a sink
- bedroom 2 with a single bed and a 2nd mattress to accommodate an 8th person
- bedroom 3 with a large double bed (160 cm)
- a large bright bathroom with a bathtub, a sink, and a shower

A baby bed is available and can be installed in any of the bedrooms, as each bedroom has enough space.
A high chair is also available.

The garden is enclosed by hedges and an automatic gate. At the edge of the garden, a road limited to 50 km/h leads to the village of Cabriès where the shops are located.

To access the house, you take a driveway that leads to a large parking area reserved for you and can accommodate up to 6 cars. The driveway is a 50-meter-long dirt path, shared with one neighboring house. There may be cars passing on this path, and it must remain clear, but this does not affect the tranquility of the house.
