“We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the Felicidad for our stay. The beautiful front doors were a welcome site and just a hint of what it was like inside. If you appreciate solid mahogany doors and woodwork you will love the Felicidad. The staff was courteous, polite , professional and accommodating. “Giving this a four star for Excellent customer service from staff. Area is close to all amenities as you can easily walk or take local ride. Common area of this hostel is neat and tidy. You can take out food and enjoy it. No trash lying around. During my stay some guest are very noisy (slamming doors as they come in and out) disturbing neighbours who are still sleeping.
