Frantoio Ristrutturato Con Piscina

  • Casa Pergola è un ex frantoio, casa colonica restaurata con cura situata nella splendida campagna siciliana. La casa si trova a breve distanza in auto dalle spiagge e dai villaggi costieri della costa nord. La vibrante Palermo "Città della cultura italiana per il 2018" è a 30 minuti di distanza, e le città sulle colline delle Madonie Mountain sono a breve distanza in auto verso est. In inverno si scia in montagna e bellissime notti davanti al caminetto che è enorme e romantico. Alcuni servizi includono piscina riscaldata dal sole passiva, riscaldamento a pavimento radiante e mosaici doccia fatti a mano nei bagni. Le camere da letto sono belle e confortevoli.

    Casa Pergola è una delizia per i nuotatori. Una piscina privata di 3,5 x 11 metri qui a casa e belle spiagge con antiche torri e villaggi sul mare sono a breve distanza. Abbiamo una grande area barbecue e la cena all'aperto è sotto gli ulivi, all'ombra del glicine o sulla nostra spettacolare terrazza sul tetto. Un'amaca sotto gli ulivi è il luogo perfetto per ritrovare la lettura / il sonnellino estivo! Vieni e resta, ti garantisco che sarai felice di averlo fatto!

A piece of paradise

The property was everything promised and more. We had 2 wonderful dinners cooked by Bruno and Giovanni. The gardens were just amazing and the pool was lovely and warm. The hosts made our stay unforgettable. We will definitely be back

The absolute best…

If you are lucky enough to book Casa Pergola… do it. The property is incredibly beautiful and Paul and David are the absolute best hosts. Chef Bruno is a must! Our family had the best time staying at Casa Pergola.

Rural Sicily!

A wonderful family retreat. Paul and David were very responsive to our needs as a large group. We enjoyed the eclectic decor and cozy atmosphere. They also produce the best olive oil from their olive trees. We would definitely recommend this place to stay.

The property is stunning. Paul and David have created a perfect house and garden which made for a lovely, relaxing holiday.Paul and David are excellent hosts, available with help and advice, but equally respectful of your privacy.Each bedroom has its own charm, all are very comfortable and clean.The house is well stocked with everything you could need, from spare deodorant to herbs and spices. Having the option of a meal prepared and served by Bruno and Giovanni is a real treat, we had a lovely dinner to celebrate my 50th. Do ensure you have an SUV and purchase the extra insurance as the “road” to the property is very bumpy, but it adds to the experience! The pool and outdoor lounge area are stunning. Gecko watching in the evening with a glass of wine was bliss! A simply perfect holiday location!

Stunning Setting

Paul is A... couldn't be kinder, and an extremely gracious host. Casa Pergola is a true Italian experience. The kids were in the heated pool everyday, thanks to lovely weather, which gave the adults time to relax and enjoy Italian wine and the beautiful vistas. Renting a 4 wheel drive is a must. La sicilia e bellissima!

Wonderfully restful rural retreat

Beautiful converted olive mill. Fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. BBQ and outside dining / cabana next to the pool were ideal and much used. Paul and David were fabulous hosts. Very welcoming and responsive. A great stay!!

A Sanctuary in Sicily

Our relaxing accommodation for 10 days in Sicily was nothing short than a piece of paradise. Accommodation beautifully renovated with decor that complimented the old style olive mill. Beds exceptionally comfortable! Surrounding gardens a delight to explore. However, our hosts were beyond super! In fact they became like family always there when we needed them while also allowing for privacy. They helped our trip become unforgettable.

Relax in Sicily

An amazing villa, full of character and style. Gorgeous outdoor pool and dining area with the most lush plants and greenery , little alcoves and fantastic views of the surrounding area. Inside there is everything you could need with super comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and air conditioning. Paul and David could not be more friendly and helpful in giving great local advice on beaches to visit and restaurants. Didn’t want to leave!

Wow wow wow. Firstly, Paul and David were the most amazing hosts, attentive, kind and providing recommendations for restaurants and shops, even making us a wonderful homemade pesto. The villa is amazing, homely, comfortable, beautifully furnished and has everything you need. The pool area is stunning, with cozy areas to soak up the incredible views. We had Chef Bruno cook for us one evening and what a treat that was! Caccamo is a wonderful old town which had a festival when we were there. The people are very friendly but bring your phrase book as very little English is spoken. Recommend an SUV to get around. We would love to return to the villa! Thank you to Paul and David for making our visit such an amazing experience!

Spectacular Views and All the Comforts of Home

Casa Pergola is a a rare find: a beautiful comfortable home with sweeping views of a lake and mountains surrounded by olive groves, flowers and fruit trees. The outdoor space is incredible including a beautiful pool and outdoor fireplace and "family room ". The kitchen is great for cooking as well. Paul and David are fabulous hosts and feel like old friends and steered us the right way time and again including having Chef Bruno and Giovanni prepare a gourmet dinner. In all, a wonderful vacation you'll always cherish.

Close enough to everything but away from the crowds

15 minutes from the coast in the hills with fantastic 180 degrees views overlooking Lake Caccamo and surrounding valleys. The villa has 3 spacious bedrooms with ensuites and rustic kitchen, dining lounge area with aircon. There’s a great outside entertaining area around the pool. Caccamo town is close and worth visiting. Cefalu and Palermo are also just 30 minutes away.

Relaxation and enjoyment

We spent 14 Days, three married couples around 70 years, on Paul and David's beautiful property in a beautiful Mediterraneum garden and a wide view of the reservoir and an agricultural area. Paul and David were fantastic hosts who catered to our every need while being discreet and extremely friendly, treating us like good friends.The two live nearby and can be contacted at any time.They have helped ensure that the holiday will be unforgettable for all of us.

A Dream Vacation

Wow! An amazing experience. We've traveled extensively and usually stay in vacation rentals. None have been as wonderful as staying here. The place is beyond beautiful; wonderfully restored by Paul and David. They are the best hosts ever. If we could rate higher than a 5, we most certainly would. We will certainly come back again.

Our stay was amazing. The views could not be any better. The pictures do not do the house or the views justice. Every detail of the house was decorated and designed to perfection. Paul and David were accommodating in every way from helping us with attractions, directions, or just checking in to see if we needed anything. One evening I was looking for gluten free pizza for my son and they were so kind and bought my whole family pizza. If we needed anything, they came to bring it to us in a matter of minutes. They shared their delicious vegetation with us and even gave us the olive oil that was from their olive trees. They truly made us feel like we were a part of their family. Absolutely an amazing stay! Highly recommend

The most amazing Home!!!

The property made our trip A+++. The Owners are super attentive, friendly, and love their guests. Bruno our driver/chef/guide became family. We were able to experience Olive oil pressing, 1k year old winery, Greek ruins, hot springs, amazing food and sights in Palermo & Cefalu. The Castle of Caccamo all within >2hr driving distance from the home. The Home is amazing you feel it is 300yrs old with modern amenities. The attention to detail is superb. We will absolutely be coming back.

Exceeded my high expectations

We couldn’t be happier with our stay. The home is beautiful, charming and unique, the setting divine and the owner anticipated our every need and then some. Were it possible to give 10 stars, I’d give them in every category! Caccamo is well located to explore the whole island (but it is a shame to leave the home) and the owner, who speaks English and Italian, knows Sicily and its most beautiful spots and is happy to point you in the right direction. Our Caccamo stay was perfect- we are so very fortunate to have been there - and have left there relaxed, renewed and ready to enjoy wonderful memories of an extraordinary stay.

Exceptional villa, exceptional host.

Our stay at Casa Pergola was literally perfect. This was not only the best villa we ever stayed in, but also the best host we ever met. Paul and David were so welcoming and always made sure we had everything we need to make this stay special. Casa Pergola is tastefully furnished and full of beautiful details. You can see how much effort these guys put into it. And the view is absolutely stunning. We loved everything about this. And as if that wasn't enough we were blown away by an amazing dinner served by chef Bruno and Giovani. Absolute recommendation!

If you're visiting the area youd be mad to stay anywhere else?

Like every other review on here, I can't recommend this place highly enough. From the first communication with Paul, it has been faultless. The location is beautiful and it was much as we could do to tear ourselves away and explore the area as we just wanted to sit in the pool room, swim in the pool and admire the amazing views. Yes, its remote, yes the game of chicken through the tunnels is an experience but its totally worth it. Brunos meal was fab - do it if you can. We're coming back!
