“I showed up and they said they didn't have a room for me.Because expedia didn't confirm my stay there. Needless to say after driving all the way there and not have any place to stay for my son's birthday, It was very upsetting. And all I get for the inconvenience is a ruined trip”

“Our room was spacious and clean. Bathroom could use an update - may be time to remove the old telephone hanging on the wall in the bathroom. Otherwise, we would chose this hotel again when coming to Big Rapids.”
