This three-storey building, located in the heart of Cádiz’s old town, offers charming tourist apartments that blend historic charm with modern comfort. A bright Andalusian courtyard with palm trees is at the centre of the building, complemented by a rooftop terrace with sun loungers and a laundry room, accessible by lift.

On the first floor, this studio is fully adapted for guests with reduced mobility. Its open-plan and contemporary design provides a welcoming and functional space, featuring a cosy living area with a sofa, coffee table, Smart TV, and two bright balconies overlooking the lively Compañía street.

The modern open kitchen includes a central island and three stools, perfect for relaxed breakfasts. To the right of the entrance is the main bedroom, a serene space with a 1.80 x 2.00 m bed, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and an additional balcony facing the same street.

At the back of the studio is a spacious, fully adapted bathroom with an open shower and natural light from a window overlooking the central courtyard.

Its privileged location in the historic centre makes it the perfect base to explore Cádiz. Just a short walk from the Cathedral, Plaza de las Flores, and Torre Tavira, and only a few minutes from La Caleta beach—ideal for enjoying sunsets over the Atlantic Ocean.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
