Description of the apartment:

Fully renovated flat in a building with a lift, with two bedrooms, one double and two single beds, a full bathroom, living-dining room and fully equipped kitchen. IDEAL FOR RELOCATED WORKERS OR DIGITAL NOMADS.

We offer a cot and high chair for children (upon request). The property is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

🚭 Smoking is prohibited throughout the premises. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a financial penalty.❌ Parties and events are not permitted. Pets are not allowed.

The stay includes a cleaning service, with sheets and towels changed every 15 days.
Access to the apartment:
Access to the apartment is previously arranged by collecting the keys at our office, located at Calle Argantonio 10, office 1.

Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards.

During your stay, we will be happy to assist you with anything you may need. For any issues or emergencies in the apartment, you will have a phone number available from 8:00 p.m..

Upon arrival, you will be required to complete and sign a guest registration form, in accordance with current regulations.

Security deposit:
A deposit of €300 by credit or debit card is required as a security deposit, which will be refunded within a maximum of 72 hours after your departure.
