Home has two separate living rooms, game area downstairs with ping pong table and kitchenette. Screened in porch off kitchen, large deck spaces with plenty of room for grilling, entertaining, and fire pit. Also, 2 kayaks available for guest use!

Stayed here for the weekend for a two-family back to school get-a-away. The layout of the house was perfect for two families, particulary because we had 3 teenagers in our group. One family took the downstairs and it worked out as it had two bedrooms, a bathroom and a small kitchen area as well as a small sitting/game area and access to the patio. The main bedroom and bathroom were lovely, equipped with an amazing shower and lovely soaking tub and large comfortable bed. The view from the main living room was worth a million dollars! The only points of contintion was the fact that there was no lake access and the yard is virtually unusable due to the steep incline. The kitchen was poorly stocked (no spices and limited 0supplies). Overall, beautiful house,thoughtfully design on a quiet street for a peaceful weekend!

Beautiful home. Cleanliness could be better. The outside deck area needs swept off and power washed so guest could use more and sprayed for insects/bugs inside and out. Bathroom soap dispensers were empty. The single bed-mattress for 8th guest was found in a spare closet no frame and linens not made. Seems like small things, but very impactful on guest overall experience and stay. Check in process was great, views were breathtaking. Peaceful part of the lake.

Great views!

Wonderful stay. It’d be great if they’d clean up the outdoor space ( deck inside and out is dirty as well as grill area) at least a little. We’ve been there 3 years in a row and it’s still the same.

Okay Rental!

It was a great property, pretty clean but beds are not the most comfortable. Also there are several areas outside and inside that are really not safe for children under 3 or 4.

Long weekend

The views were breathtaking! Beds very comfortable, inside house clean. The used the screened porch a lot. The only disappointments we thought we could launch the kayaks on the property but this is not feasible and the all decks and screens of screened in porch needed to be cleaned badly.

Waterfront home.

The house location is lovely. I called to see if we could get in early and the property manager made that happen. We were very appreciative. Unfortunately the house wasn’t clean. There were bugs covering all the windows and inside the house they were on the ceiling. The positive thing is they provided a vacuum and we took care of that. The deck was covered in broken branches and leaves. There was a broom, so I tried to clean up and sweep the deck. I looked for cleaning supplies to tidy up the countertops. They were under the sink, in a container full of water and mold. I thought the information on the house stated that the coffee is supplied and there was none. I could have been mistaken. There is no grocery store nearby so that was a bummer. I was having my sisters bridesmaids over for brunch so this was a disappointment. In the photos there is a golf cart and that was one of the reasons to rent the home. It was not there. Also, you cannot access the water from the home (safely) so the kayaks were not utilized. The whole purpose of renting this home was to have fun things for the kids to do. All in all, the home is fine. I just thought it was awful expensive for what we got and we weren’t able to utilize the lake from this home. I would not stay here again.

Happy New Year!

Location is great. The house is really nice and furniture is comfortable, kitchen is great. The house needs a good dusting around light fixtures, corners, etc. This home has lots of windows and a great view of the lake but the outside windows and patio areas haven’t been cleaned in some time.

Just okay

Overall just okay experience. Disappointed in the lack of cleanliness. "Reely" good views would be really good if the windows were clean. Very dirty, full of cobwebs and leaves. Entire outside areas dirty. Outdoor furnishings old and mildewed. Even broken chairs left for guests. Screen porch dirty and torn. Inside - open food left from previous guests in cabinets and fridge. Old coffee left in maker. Keurigs left dirty inside. Furniture okay but not comfortable. Towels very thin and cheap. Downstairs shower curtain old, dirty. It was just okay. For the price we were disappointed in finding the above. Could be reely nice. Don't see us returning because of these issues. Also, be aware there is no easy lake access on the property.

Awesome location & view

This house was a great location right on the lake with a screened in porch to enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail. It is in a quiet neighborhood where not all lots have houses yet so it was very low traffic. It is remote so don't expect to be able to order food delivery or have fiber speed internet. It was great for our purposes of relaxing after driving all over to explore during the day. The kitchen had everything we needed when we prepared dinner one evening. The house is very comfortable and spacious. The beds are firm but that is my preference but people might want to be aware.

Too steep, no lake access.

The house was nice, but needed to be cleaned better. Some closets were dirty. so we couldn't put clothes in them The yard was too steep to be of much fun for the younger kids, and there was no lake access for the kayaks. We looked forward to kayaking, but didn't get to because we didn't have a way to haul them elsewhere for lake access. Downstairs bathtub is slick and almost fell showering. Owner needs to be alerted about this problem. Needed more linens in the kitchen. Need fans in the downstairs bedrooms. Consider putting stairs at the bottom of the property for access to the water. We enjoyed our stay, but want the property owner to see these suggestions. The property was well stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, and cleaning supplies. It was 100 degrees while we were there, and we stayed cool except the downstairs bedrooms were stuffy. The downstairs air didn't keep up well.
