“Staff was great dying check in process. Hotel was very clean and I was given great instructions on room and all amenities”

“The staff was wonderful. The room was clean, but the couch cushion had stains on it. The sink in the kitchenette also drained slowly. We were thankful for the supplies in the room - dish soap, paper towels, etc. The property seemed newer and was nicely appointed. The grounds had some trash on it. The pool was dirty and cold with no pool towels clean. It closed fairly early too which was upsetting (8pm). The breakfast buffet was okay, but the warm food didn't stay that way, and they ran out of...

“The carpet in the room hadn’t been vacuumed. There were strings and lint all over. Bathroom sink was missing stopper. Bathroom floor had dirt around the door casing. No one at desk at checkout so I just left my key on the counter. At this price point, I expected better.”

“Nothing special. It just seemed like the place was very ill kept. Did not impress me at all. We just had to stay there because it on the way to Montevallo.”

“Establishment was very clean and the staff was great. The room was a good size and had a table and chairs that were actually useful unlike some other places we had stayed.”
