Live like royalty in our expansive Georgian Manor House. Step back in time and into luxury! Our house called 'Tobervilla' is located in the picturesque countryside of South Kerry. It is on the famous Ring of Kerry, along the Wild Atlantic Way. It has recently been refurbished to the highest standard to ensure warmth and optimal comfort. While the house's character and charm has been maintained through Antique furnishings and stunning interiors. No expense has been spared with plush Super King size beds, 500 channel TVs in each bedroom. The kitchen is a chefs dream, with 2 full ovens, a grill and plate warmer; in addition to 7 gas hobs. It is fully equipped with all crockery and cooking utensils, large fridges and chest freezer.
There is a large breakfast conservatory with gorgeous views of the Kerry mountains. You have access to a commercial grade coffee machine and suitable ice machine. There is even a bar for entertaining equipped with all glassware. The lounge is truly a communal centre of the house with plush antique lounges, stunning fireplace, board games and chess board to entertain. A sumptuous 8 seat salt-water hot tub awaits outside for peak rest and revival mode. The hot tub is incredibly special on a clear night with expansive views of the dark sky reserve! Just sit back, relax and watch for shooting stars! Underneath our gym facility boasts professional treadmill, spin bike, bench and free-weights for the avide fitness fan.
The perfect house in peaceful countryside! Located close to 4 beaches including the famous Derrynane (10mins drive), ancient stone forts, internationally renowned Waterville Golf Club (20 mins drive), Irelands only beach-front bar and restaurant O'Carrolls and so much more! The main house has 6 double rooms (Super King size beds which can be split into 2 x single), 1 x triple room and a 1 bedroom apartment with King size bed. This has its own kitchenette, balcony and extra large bathroom with footed bath. There is also a fold out couch to accommodate 2 more people. The adjacent cottage on the property then sleeps a further 5 people, with a triple room and a king size room. This cottage has its own full-size kitchen, large lounge/dining area and full size laundry with washer and dryer.
Events are welcome and its is the perfect property for high-end entertaining! We can assist you with planning the perfect soiree, so please get in touch for suggestions on catering, local entertainment options, or suggestions of tours or itineraries in South Kerry, If you intend to host an event larger than 24 people that can stay, we ask that you seek permission before booking.
A daily maid service to refresh the rooms and clean dishes is available at an additional charge.
