“It was clean but food wad not good and staff was very slow”

“A bit rough and rugged. Staff were helpful with tours etc. Ordered food from the hotel and it took over an hour to come and wasn’t hot. Location not great, need to get tuktuk most places as no uber. Wasn’t the most comfortable place. ”

No telephone in the room and unfortunately there are not even staff available to seek help. I had to go searching for them. No Internet even after asking for them. Only positive about the place is the lawn. It’s not worth the price ”

“It's beautiful from outside but horrible inside Staff is useless and hopeless Amenities is very old, drain clogged every single day. Hot water is an issue. Tv not working and power cut anytime ”
