Family getaway
The property was spacious and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with dish, plates, utensils etc. Only minor issue was the fridge outside needed defrosting and was not cold. Otherwise the property and stay were great. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend property.

Family Celebrations
Quite happy with the property for a group of 9. Fabulous entertainment area. Alas both dishwashers upstairs not working thought this would have been fixed before we arrived.

Pampering Palace
This is a beautiful home located just a block from the ocean.It was so roomy for the three couples who enjoyed a week here as our home base for exploring Cairns and the Great Coral Reef. A five-star all the way.

Excellent property
Beautiful property with an excellent location. We stayed with a total of 8 people ranging from 3-72 years old and everyone was very happy with their accommodations.

Amazing property for extended family holiday
We had an amazing stay! The home catered for our 13 person group perfectly. Rooms were well appointed and positioned for everyone to have enough space and privacy. The kitchen and bbq area were well appointed and as described. The location in Clifton Beach was peaceful and position close enough to be walking distance to Palm Cove. We highly recommend this property and would go back in a heartbeat.

Beautiful house and location
Seaclusion was the perfect house, plenty of room for 12 adults. Very clean and tidy with everything needed. Good location very close to Palm Cove and Trinity Beach. Would highly recommend. Paul was very helpful.

Clifton Beach Get Away
There was enough space for our family of 14. The kids enjoyed the pool a lot. We utilised most of the kitchen appliances and bbq facility. There are 2 things I believe needs to improve. Aircon: I found the aircon did not cool the house down enough because it was locked at 22*C at it’s lowest. We sometimes felt the fans were not enough. Cleaning products: we had to purchase some cleaning items like paper towel, garbage bags, dishwasher tablet and washing machine tablet as there was not enough of them.

Big Birthday Celebrations
Was absolutely awesome ..The house was beautiful and paul was the absolute best to deal with...Sadly there are buildings being built so very loud and the neighbour has friends that come in and out at the front of house heaps and noisy car but this is all no fault of the property ..Beautiful place

Family holiday
The property is lovely and it suited us with 6 Bed and bath...The only thing the pool area could've been a bit cleaner floor ,but the owner came and cleaned pool and replaced The broken dishwasher not a problem. I would recommend this property it lovely and in a good position. We had a great stay.

Great property, and host was very good at communicating
The property was very good but we were a bit disappointed that the pool table disappeared. We delayed our planned holiday by a week so we could get this house with the pool table. Other than that the house was great, location is very good. Pool space is brilliant. Our family has a great holiday here.

Huge well-equipped property, perfect for large family.

The White House with great views
The property is in a great location, beach and 20 mins walk to palm cove. The house is very spacious never felt crowded. Love the fact that each bedroom had their own ensuite. The pool is heated. Love the louvre on the windows nice sea breeze at all times. Very clean. Highly recommended. The whole family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice location little traffic no shops within walking distance. 4.5 star
This is a lovely home well suited for a large family. The only bad thing i will report is the two main bedrooms are located below where the neighbours park their cars. Every morning at 5.50 the pair start there diesel utes leave them warm up and leave for work. Ps i am sorry for the damage to the bedroom wall this was my youngest grandson room. Please except my apology.

Thank you Kevin for the heads up with vehicle noise from next door neighbour. I will bring this matter to the attention of the Body Corporate. In relation to the marks on our freshly painted walls this was not only in your grandson's bedroom but on other walls of house and also the garage roller door. Surely a member of your family would have seen him throwing this red ball around and could have stopped him. Our Cleaners work hard trying to present the property for the enjoyment of all Guests but when they have to go around trying to erase marks from walls this is time consuming for them and costly for the Owner. Apart from this I am pleased you enjoyed your stay at Seaclusion. Paul

Fantastic venue
I rented the property to celebrate significant birthdays of my children &spouses.10 off us plenty of room.Great location.Weather was rather cooler than we had envisaged but we don't have control over that. Paul was very easy to deal with .Thank you so much will come again.Only one small thing there is no pool table as listed on line

The perfect getaway home.
Very clean and spacious house, has all amenities and having tonnes of living space to seperate the kids from the parents was a bonus. Perfect location where you clearly see and hear the beach, having 2 street entrances was a bonus plus lovely neighbourhood. Will definitely stay again.

We had such a fabulous family holiday at Seaclusion. With 6 adults and a 4m/o, it was the perfect place for our family's dynamic. No one felt as if they were on top of each other. Each bedroom had its own bathroom (most were ensuites), there were no neighbouring bedroom walls and we could all come together in the kitchen upstairs, pool area out the back, or local restaurant options (by car). Palm Cove is a nice 45 minute walk along the beach and Clifton Beach Shops around 24 minutes walk. The bus stop to Cairns is a 5minute walk. The open plan kitchen windows that look out to the beach open right up and ceiling fans would allow for a beautiful open space and airflow during the warmer months (it was a lovely 26 degrees during the day for us) The renovations that have been completed since the images were taken were beautiful and modern. Paul was a wonderful host as well – he even dropped us at the local shopping plaza to get some essentials when we arrived. We would happily stay here again and we're already talking about making it a regular family vacay destination.

Family catch up
This property has the most amazing view, which is not advertised. The walking paths are fantastic, lovely quiet street. Great for multiple families. Beautiful entertaining area around the pool.

Property well located
Property was well located at the end of a cup-de-sac. Although, good property overall the layout of the rooms was not quite suited for two families with small kids as the bedrooms were to far apart. Also, as some of the rooms were located downstairs where the entertainment area was it meant that u had to be quiet through the house once the kids went down. There is however a very good restaurant only 5 min walk from the house and the location of the house was easy to depart and arrive from long trips north and south of Cairns. Overall good experience (one significant downside is the cost of the stay, which was more expensive compared to an overseas travel for two weeks stay, with flights and half of your meals paid for, but at present I would suggest that a number of landlords are taking advantage of the lack of travel overseas)

Thank you Florentin for your review. When the home was built we had three teenage sons so it was basically designed to give them there space downstairs. In regard to price 10 people can stay for $60.00 each per night when you compare the location and amenities like Snooker Table and Media Room I believe we offer good value for money. Highly recommend staying here, the house was perfect for our family with plenty of room and a beautiful location. Paul was excellent to deal with great communication, and letting us have early check-in and late check out wich made things a lot easier with younger kids. Highly recommend staying here

Perfect family base
We loved our stay at Seaclusion. Perfect for 2 families to use as a base for exploring the region. The pool table was great to keep us all entertained in the evening. The location was great, approx a 35min walk up the beach to enjoy a few cocktails at Palm Cove. Paul was easy to communicate with and got back to me about information very quickly.

A terrific property for all the family at a great location.
Our second stay at this well equipped property at a terrific location. Ideal for a large family with multiple living and entertaining areas. A very short stroll to the beach with shops and other facilities only minutes away in this quite suburb made it a great holiday. Paul the owner is very attentive and is always on call if there are any issues or concerns

Fantastic property for large groups
The house was large and spacious, billiard table was a winner with the family, the outdoor area and BBQ well set up. The pool was user friendly and you had the choice if you wanted sun or shade. Lovely views of the water from the kitchen/dining area and master bedroom. In the evening you can hear the waves, and only a short walk to the beach. Paul was truly a super host as he could not have been more accommodating to our needs, we are truly thank full to him for making our stay perfect.

Easter weekend

Could not ask for a better house, location or view
Saw online and booked for 4 adults and one teenager. Brilliant communication with Paul who was more than willing to sort out our dates mix up and was willing to advise us on trips, restaurants and cafes etc. Any problems were addressed immediately by Paul. The house was awesome. Photos don’t do it justice. The view was the best. Looking at the ocean while cooking in the kitchen or eating at the dining table. We tended to live in the pool area, which included everything one would need. Beautiful gardens and pond area. Short walk to beach. Secure parking. Could not ask for anything better. It would be hard to beat anywhere in Queensland. Clifton Beach is a brilliant location. Was looking a Palm Cove first, but so glad to change the location. So close to supermarket, shops and a great cafe 5mins walk away. Well done to you Paul. Thank you so much for everything. Would gladly return and recommend to anyone. Great holiday house for a getaway
Great property especially if you are sharing with another family. Enough room to set up comfortably upstairs and downstairs. Close to beach. Great if you want to do a walk or bike ride as there is plenty of tracks around. Only improvement I could recommend is a door on the ensuite of the Master Bedroom so you are not woken up at first light every morning and you have the ability to lock for some privacy.

Awesome Experience

Beach house that tops them all
We could not have asked for a better location and view. The house is so spacious and well furnished that we had everything we needed and more. The property manager was so easy to work with and accommodated all my requests. If you are looking for a beach house in FNQ you can’t go wrong with this one. Thanks

Lovely weeks holiday

Great location
Very central to our family and wedding venues and we spent a lot of time using the pool and outside eating area which has bbq fridge dishwasher. Large house to also find a quiet spot if wanted

Fantastic experience! Would definitely recommend!
Paul was fantastic and beyond accommodating, for anyone looking for a place to stay this is the one! It’s been a dream staying at the house and was large enough to accomdate 3 families with plenty of space to spare. The beach was a 30 second walk and everything we wanted to get to was within distance! Couldn’t recommend our holiday any more! Thanks to Paul for making it as seamless as possible!

Birthday Celebration
I booked this accommodation for my family - five adults and three children to celebrate my sons birthday. Communications with Paul were always great and he was very accommodating with a later check out due to our flight being bumped up several hours. The house is in a great location with great views of the sea. House is large and well set up. Outdoor kitchen was great for party celebrations. Pool water a little cool but still managed to swim. Children’s playground a short walk away and Coco Mojo’s five minutes down the street for morning coffee. The pool table was a great hit with my three sons. Palm Cove short drive away. My family and I created some wonderful memories. Thank Paul for being such a great host.

Excellent stay in Clifton beach
This is such a wonderful property and a superb host that made our visit to Clifton beach so wonderful. It was clean, has easy check-in/checkout and was is an excellent location. We will visit again!
