Very nice accomodation, property is well looked after. Would have given 5 ⭐️ stars, just disappointed the Wifi internet is poor and doesn’t work. Management yet to upgrade the system. Overall good location and nearby amenities.

The apartment is on a busy road at an intersection. There is constant noise. The staff are friendly and gave helpful advice of the area and attractions of Cairns. The apartment was as discribed and suited our needs. For us we found the bed a little hard.

We had everything we wanted, and it was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated getting clean towels each day, though you need to take your own shampoo. The traffic was a bit noisy as we were near a main road, and as we didn't have a car it was a little inconvenient not having any supermarkets within walking distance. However the bus was very close and we were able to go into Cairns shops quite easily. We had good service from reception when we ordered a shuttle, and when we were late getting in when we first arrived.

Great place
The hotel is exactly as pictures unlike some hotels stayed at , even though in self cointained unit the towels where changed daily and bins emptied which was great , very close to great pub across the road and 5 minute walk to IGA and take away shops 2 minute walk to sea so great location , office staff very helpfull and even after hours met us to let us in and still helpful and couldn't do enough to make our stay good

Reception lady was helpful and pleasant as was the cleaning staff. Accommodation was clean once you got past the musty smell in the hallways. Thats from age and just needs a refurb. Otherwise its great, quite and easy to get to. I would stay again.

The 2BR apartment was quite spacious and well equipped, let down a little by the basic and not very comfortable wicker furniture. The appliances and decoration are fairly dated.

I liked the rooms. Spacious and good bed. Good amenities. Only thing not to like is that there was no heating in the pool.

Bathroom is very clean and bed is very comfortable. Location is not walking distance to cbd, but it’s $14 to airport and $10 to CBD by Uber.

시내로 걸어 가기에는 조금 거리가 있지만 주차장과 인근에 주유 편의 시설이 있어 좋았어요! 그리고 공항에서 10분도 안걸리는위치에 있어서 더좋구요! 한가지 숙소내부는 다좋은데요 주방에서 바퀴벌레가 한마리 보였구요! 화장실세면대에서 조그만 개미빼면 아주 최상이요! 거슬렸지만 다참을수 있을 정도 예요!

Unfortunately bugs are a part of the tropics and we regularly surface spray all of the rooms to keep them to a minimum. I have personally spoken to the cockroach in question and although he enjoys staying here as much as you did, he has agreed it is time to move on. We hope to welcome you back in the future. Clean rooms that were serviced daily. The apartment was just out of city CBD but was on a noisy highway. A back apartment would have been queiter.

Overall the property was great, very quiet, my only complaint was each time the room was refreshed, we ended up with less towels and face washers.

decent hotel in decent location
Hotel is situated a couple of streets back from the beach and within easy walking distance to the central area (about 20 mins), alternatively the bus stop is outside. The room it’s self was nice, probably dated towards the late 90s early 2000s but had everything needed included a washer dryer. The hotel is well priced for its facilities. The staff went above and beyond, allowing early check out and printing a few documents I needed. I would for sure stay here again.

The apartment was exactly as we expected, clean and tidy with all the facilities they advertised. We had sea views which was great. We were a little bit out from the town centre, but we knew we would be and it was a lovely walk along the esplanade to the marina, and lots of bars and cafes. We felt safe walking back at night too. A short walk in the other direction got us to the botannical gardens which were great. There are plenty of bakerys etc around the apartment block as well.

We recently stayed in a one bedroom apartment on the fourth floor. The views from the balcony of the harbour in the background were lovely and relaxing. The apartment was very spacious and very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for our 10 night stay. Our accommodation was well located only being 5 minutes by car to either the city or the airport. Parking was free and we felt the standard of the accommodation at Tropic Towers provided exceptional value in terms of daily rates and in comparison to similar properties. The staff were very helpful and we would definitely recommend a stay at Tropic Towers.

Love these apartments. Everything is great. Staff are terrific. Workable kitchen, Amazing bathroom, lovely balcony, thoughtful inclusions and comfortable fittungs.

The only thjng worth mentioning in a negative manner were the ants in the room. But being in the tropical north it is a pretty usual thing and not a problem at all. In a postive manner there is some much to mention. The apartment was awesome. More like a flat n the city then a normal holiday acxomodation. I have lived in flats that were smaller than this place. Kitchen had everything. Even an oven. We had balcony and enjoyed the sun during brekkie. Nice pool as well. Also awesome ...there was a washing machine and dryer in the room. Not in the building where you have to wait for other people to be finished. No you have your own in the bathroom. Wirhout a doubt our best accomodation in 4 weeks in australia. Price for that was absolutely cheap. Paid 72 AUD per night. (Stayed in march so offseason)
