I materassi erano sfondati con due incavi da usura delle molle ai lati dove dormono le due persone, dovrebbero essere stati rinnovati da molto tempo, Inaccettabile in un 5 stelle al prezzo di oltre 600 euro a notte e in Egitto, con un costo della vita ben diverso! Le camere erano di media dimensione, pochino per un 5 stelle, nei mq della presentazione includevano il bagno e l'ingresso

Nice riverside hotel along the Nile, at the border lf Garden City Neighborhood. We had a nile view superior room (thus above the standard). Lower floors may hear some traffic from the very crowded Nile Cornice, which runs by the hotel. The rooms are nice, very rich in furniture and textiles. Some parts (bath table, shower glass, carpets) are a bit consumed. Service is friendly but somehow unprofessional (room maid forgot twice to refill towels and soap, poor vacuuming of rooms, long waiting times at breakfast). Breakfast buffet, both savoury and sweet is excellent, with international food as well as typical cakes and express made egg dishes.

Ottimo hotel, personale efficiente, sicuramente da consigliare. I punti deboli sono: reception non scenografica e il principale ristorante (cucina turca) non ha una bella vista. Il punto forte è il cibo, a partire dalla colazione, fino a tutti i ristoranti e bar all'interno. Il Jazz Bar, per la qualità del cibo e la piacevolezza degli interni, è divino.

Nice surprise: upgraded to a suite
At my arrival I've got a surprise: I was upgraded to a suie, wish was very comfortable. The breackfast was generous and very tasty. Personell very kind, but the room service was a little bit slow. Nice and safe place to stay in Cairo, good location.

Good stay, bathroom problem!
in the overall a great stay! Only problem related to the shower in the bathroom... There was no shower platform, so the water was free to get its way around the bathroom (and outside during longer showers)! Hope they'll fix this inacceptable issue for a 5* hotel soon!

Tutto al top
Avevamo una camera Superior con vista Nilo veramente rimarchevole. Sita all'ottavo piano la vista dalla finestra è veramente mozzafiato, specialmente di notte ... il traffico cittadino si sente pochissimo ed il confort è ai massimi livelli. La stanza è spaziosa, fornita di tutto il necessario per un confortevole soggiorno, Davanti ai letti un televisore LCD ad ampio schermo, da dove ci si può connettere ad Internet (con wifi gratuito in camera) si possono fare giochi, visualizzare un nutrito numero di canali TV (anche i tre canali RAI) e ... cigliegina sulla torta ... una filmoteca fornitissima con film in lingua italiana anche molto recenti disponibile gratuitamente. Il bagno non è grandissimo ma ben arredato, pulito e funzionale. C'è una vasca da bagno con angolo doccia riparato da una antina e non dalla solita tenda floscia che ti si appiccica addosso mentre ti lavi. Ovviamente ci sono accappatoi, ciabattine, e tutto necessario da bagno. La colazione è comunque a 5 stelle come qualità, anche se servita in camera (cosa che consiglio vivamente perchè ricca e meno costosa di quella servita al ristorante). La cortesia del personale è veramente da lodare, in qualsiasi momento vi vengono incontro per qualsiasi esigenza. Per concludere quindi assolutamente da raccomandare, anche se la zona in cui si trova non è centrale e non ci sono locali o altre amenità nelle vicinanze e, anzi, si trovano trincee e barricate con camionette della polizia in assetto anti sommossa.

Vista eccezzionale, lusso percepibile, molto elegante, tutti molto gentili e disponibili. La piscina sul terrazzo , la chocolate house , il jazzbar con terrazzino, la spa e la palestra possono riempire i buchi della giornata 24h/24... È situato nella garden city accanto al four season e tra l'ambasciata inglese e quella italiana. Ha un profilo diplomatico ma puó adattarsi anche a turisti di lusso

Pros : it is a nice hotel in a good location , right by the Nile and close to the Egyptian museum . The breakfast buffet was excellent Cons - a bit expensive . Failure to respond to me when I tried to contact them by e mail and phone regarding some items I accidentally left in the safe . No reply to 3 e mails and when I tried to phone reception put me through to somebody who didn't speak English and who then cut me off

Peaceful and convenient
Excellent location near many attractions yet in a relatively calm area. Service by staff was very good although too many were offering help which was a bit overwhelming. Breakfast was varied and good. Hotel is not very big so it made it more peaceful than other larger hotels. Rooms are on the small side but adequate enough, the cost is higher than reasonable for the quality of room, double door for toilet needs to lock better as there’s a gap. The room décor needs some updating, at least a carpet deep machine wash so does the corridors. Would recommend and return.

Las instalaciones no tienen mantenimiento, la luz no sirve, las manijas se caen, no está sellado bien el baño y toda el agua se sale , aunque la luz si fueron rápido a arreglarla Lo peor es el concierge, es muy grosero y muy burlón , y solo te manda a un restaurant a unas cuadras del hotel por una zona a lo mejor no insegura pero si fea , habiendo restaurantes muy lindos del otro lado , eso lo descubrimos al segundo día , yo creo que tendrá algún beneficio por mandarte a ese restaurant

ホテルに篭りました
スタッフも優しくて最高でしたし、プールも最高でした！ずっといました。街中とホテルの差が凄くて、ずっとホテルから出ませんでした。トルコ料理のレストランもとても美味しくウェイターさんも礼儀正しくて素敵でした。朝ごはんも美味しかったですが、エジプト料理などどうやって食べればいいかわからないものが多くて、ちょっと困りました。好きな卵料理も言えば作ってくれました。

Concierge Mohammed (?) very helpful. My husband needed some medicine. He got me in contact with a pharmacy. When the pharmacy failed to deliver, he called our tour director and the medicine was procured. Scary to be in a foreign land with a problem…really appreciated his help.
