Customer did not show up to the hostel , if she arrive as she is telling in the review why she did not come up to receive her room and if she did not like it and like to move to another we do that to some other customers who can not stay with no elevator , but she just left and now writing a review about hostel that she did not stay at , about service that she did not try , staff who she did not even met . We hope that expedia remove this comment as it is clear that we dont have elevator and the one who has the right to leave a comment is the one who stayed at the property .

Thanks for your feedback , the alternative room provided to Customer was higher cost and good one as he insist to stay the 3 nights instead of staying one night and back to his booked room , anyway we all the staff and management appreciated your comment and hope to have another chance with you .
