I had an amazing stay at Pyramids Sunrise Inn! The location is perfect, just minutes away from the Pyramids, with breathtaking views. The food was absolutely delicious, and everything was clean and comfortable. What made my stay even more special was the staff — everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. They truly made me feel at home. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

What made our stay at Pyramids Sunrise Inn truly memorable wasn’t just the amazing location near the Pyramids, but the people behind the place. We had the pleasure of meeting Ahmed, the hotel manager, who took the time to speak with us and make sure everything was going well. What stood out was how approachable and genuinely caring he was. He treated us more like friends visiting Egypt than hotel guests. The rooftop view of the Pyramids was incredible, and the entire team was friendly and attentive throughout our stay. It’s rare to find a place where the manager is so personally involved in making guests feel comfortable. A big thank you to Ahmed and his wonderful team for making our visit so special. We came for the Pyramids but left remembering the hospitality just as much!

Very good hotel and very clean. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. I really enjoyed the Egyptian food, it was very tasty and one of the best meals I had during my trip. Very nice property with good, large and clean room. We were given an upgrade of a room with a balcony when we arrived and the view of the pyramids is stunning. Very friendly staff who always wanted to help. Lovely meal on the first night although very slow. The only other downside was I do feel we were ripped off on a 10 minute cab journey which cost way too much money.

We were a big group and had a party at the hotel. Everything was very well organized and the staff were very professional. The service was excellent and everyone treated us with respect and kindness. Special thanks to Mr. Ahmed, the hotel manager, for his great effort and support during our stay. He made sure everything was perfect for us. The food was very good, especially the Egyptian food. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this hotel.

بصراحة كانت إقامة جميلة جدًا. أول ما وصلت حسيت بترحيب واحترام من فريق الفندق، وكل حاجة كانت ماشية بشكل منظم. الغرفة كانت نضيفة ومريحة، والإطلالة كانت تحفة خصوصًا وقت الشروق. استغليت فترة إقامتي في زيارة أماكن كتير في القاهرة، وكان موقع الفندق مساعد جدًا في التنقل. كمان الإفطار كان كويس ومتنوع، والخدمة كانت سريعة وأي طلب كنا بنحتاجه كان بيتنفذ باهتمام وكان مدير الفندق متعاون جدا ومساعد لينا بشكل كبير أكتر حاجة عجبتني إن المكان فيه جو هادي ومريح بعد يوم طويل من الخروج والفسح. تجربة ممتازة فعلًا، ولو رجعت القاهرة تاني أكيد هفكر أقيم هنا مرة تانية. 🌟

One of the Most Memorable Parts of Our Trip to Egypt! I usually don’t write long reviews, but this place deserves a special mention. We arrived at Pyramids Sunrise Inn after a long and exhausting day exploring Cairo. All we wanted was a comfortable room and some rest, but what we experienced was so much more than that. The first surprise was the incredible rooftop view. Seeing the pyramids right in front of us while enjoying a cup of Egyptian tea was one of those moments you just don’t forget. What really stood out, though, was the hospitality. Ahmed, the hotel manager, was incredibly welcoming and took the time to chat with us, share some local recommendations, and make sure we were enjoying our stay. It honestly felt more like visiting friends than staying at a hotel. One evening, we spent hours on the rooftop just enjoying the atmosphere. The staff kept offering us tea and snacks without charging anything extra, which was such a thoughtful touch. The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and everyone working there seemed genuinely happy to help. I’ve stayed at much more expensive hotels that didn’t come close to this level of personal attention. If you’re visiting Cairo and want somewhere with amazing pyramid views, warm hospitality, and a real Egyptian atmosphere, this is a wonderful choice. Thank you to Ahmed and the entire team for making our time in Giza so memorable. We’d happily stay here again!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The food was delicious, with a great variety of local and international dishes. The view is simply unbelievable—waking up to the sight of the Pyramids was a dream come true. The location is perfect, just 3 minutes from the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum, with many restaurants and services nearby. One of my favorite moments was watching the sunset from the rooftop restaurant. The atmosphere was magical, the food was excellent, and the panoramic view of the Pyramids made the experience unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo. I will definitely come back!

Tuve una estancia muy agradable en el hotel. El ambiente es tranquilo y todo está bien organizado. El check-in fue rápido y el personal siempre fue educado y respetuoso. La habitación cumplía perfectamente con lo necesario: limpia, cómoda y con todo lo básico para una buena estancia. Me gustó mucho la atención al detalle en el servicio diario. La ubicación es muy conveniente para moverse hacia los principales puntos turísticos, especialmente las Pirámides. Además, me ayudaron con algunas recomendaciones locales que hicieron el viaje más interesante. En general, una muy buena experiencia. Es un lugar que recomendaría sin duda para quienes buscan comodidad y buen servicio en Giza.

Terrible service the lady that was in the front desk not sure if she was a manager. She sent us to another hotel next-door because they gave our room to someone else they didn’t wanna refund our money. They force us to stay next-door at another hotel dirty sheets with hairs and rest room dirty a lot of aunts and mosquitos inside the room ac didn’t work Sofia pyramids hotel is the hotel they send us horrible

Mi experiencia fue excelente desde el primer momento. El personal fue muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La habitación estaba limpia, cómoda y con una vista increíble. Durante mi estancia pude visitar las Pirámides y el Gran Museo Egipcio, una experiencia inolvidable. También disfruté de la comida local, especialmente el famoso koshari egipcio. El hotel me ayudó a organizar mis actividades y todo estuvo muy bien coordinado, lo que hizo mi viaje mucho más fácil y agradable. La ubicación es perfecta para explorar los principales lugares turísticos de la zona. Sin duda volvería a alojarme aquí y lo recomiendo a cualquier persona que visite Egipto. ¡Muchas gracias por una estancia maravillosa! 😊🏨🇪🇬

prima hotel als uitvalsbasis om alle moois in de directe omgeving te verkennen (pyramides van Gizeh, GEM, Djoser), wat minder om hele dagen te verblijven of uitgebreid te dineren. Personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam en spant zich merkbaar in om het verblijf aangenaam te maken. Ook prima service voor diensten die die buiten directe hotelservice vallen (regelen chauffeur voor hele dag, reserveringen in de stad): vergeet echter niet strak te onderhandelen… het blijft Egypte! Prijs /prestatie-verhouding goed, een aanrader.

The hotel is excellent, but what makes it exceptional is its staff. They are very friendly, very attentive, very helpful, and very warm; that's what makes the difference. The facilities are really good. Clean rooms. The food is acceptable, No, not a good restaurant, but acceptable.
