Hotel vicino a Cala Pedrosa - Palafrugell

“Posizione ovviamente meravigliosa. Check in lento. Nessun aiuto a portare le valige in camera. Staff in generale svogliato e davvero poco preciso e di aiuto. Bagnino in piscina giovane ed inesperto. Staff bar molto sulle sue e poco di aiuto. Piscina sprovvista di servizio bar. Staff ristorante...

“Beautiful, small, and well maintained. Casa Vincke is located very close to the beach and delightful bars and restaurants. Check in was very easy (for those used to boutique hotels without a formal front desk), and check out was perfectly easy as well. Will definitely be returning.”

“Amazing hotel! Everything was well thought out and the staff were helpful and kind. The location is a minute from the beach. Oh and their breakfast is well rounded with lots of options. I’m a celiac, and they had a great bread option for me each morning.”

“Pessima relazione qualità/prezzo. Sito web ingannevole e fuorviante. The worst quality/price ratio. Cheating website with unrealistic photos. A typical mass-tourism hotel, very far from "boutique". Bad attention to the customer. Stay away!

“Ottima posizione ”

“Excellent location and beautiful hotel. The reception and bell staff were helpful and the manager provided attentive service. The restaurant staff other than one waiter were absolutley terrrible. There was a server named Marianna who was excellent and friendly, otherwise their serving staff never ever smiled or engaged and there was a complete lack of service. The breakfast was very nice but other meals are fairly limited. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa.”

“Vado in questo Hotel da anni. Sono molto soddisfatta ”

“Buon alloggio ”

“The air conditioning had been broken for more than 2 weeks, the carpets in the hallways were filthy, and the drain in the shower smelled like there was a dead animal. They gave me a fan for my room and told me to keep the patio doors open. I am a woman traveling alone. I checked out after 4 hours and went to another hotel. The Hotel Santana-Amazing!!”
