“We celebrated our Anniversary & was extremely happy with the room & service. We received a room upgrade (no extra charge) due to our room not being ready at check-in. The room was very clean & comfortable and the food was quite good. The staff went above & beyond recognizing our anniversary day, making it extra special! Thank you Calabogie Peaks Staff!”

“Toilet and shower were heavily stained and not sure if sanitary. Bedding was worn and had some stains. One bath towel was thread bare. Mattress was comfortable. Room needs a deep clean, fresh bedding and towels to bring it up to a respectable level. A bit of a funky odor that needs to be rectified. Could easily be a good room with some care and a bit of money spent but will not get repeat customers or recommendations as is.”

“The property is terribly lit. There was no light outside of our little complex and no light in the stairwells. There was no place to hang your clothes and no bedside tables to lay your things on. Also, there was a coffee maker with coffee and tea, but no mugs, cups or glasses to drink from. Lots of dust under the bed”

“the rooms need updating, especially the bathrooms. Parking lot could use more light and painted lines so people can park properly. The back door was broken so anybody could walk in and there were people sitting in an SUV directly behind the back door the whole 2 days that I was there. It was creepy. I didn't see any security staff, just a lone female front desk employee”

“I was told upon arrival that they accept cash however I had booked through Expedia. The dude that claimed to be the proprietor kept asking me to pay him cash again? I refused and then he said he had to call to confirm my reservation. After about 15 minutes he still didn’t have confirmation but let me in the room regardless. He showed me the room however there was very little or no water pressure in the sink and the bathroom floor was wet under the sink. I refused this room and then he said he...
