The room was not up to the standard one would expect from a hotel of this level. However, I would like to emphasize that the entire staff went above and beyond to address the issue and find a satisfactory solution. Their professionalism, courtesy, and willingness to help were truly outstanding. The hotel is fortunate to have such a dedicated and customer-oriented team, which is undoubtedly one of its greatest strengths.

Elegante ed accogliente struttura a pochi metri dal parcheggio della prefettuta (caro) ed altri parcheggi. Vicinissima la fermata metro di Notre Dame du Mont e Cr Julien. Porto raggiungibile a piedi in una decina di minuti. Non acquistata colazione (cara). Da migliorare la pulizia delle camere (pavimento). Per il resto letto molto comodo ed accoglienza tres tres gentile. La ragazza al checkin nel pomeriggio del 2/3/25 davvero carinissima nei modi: ha fornito informazioni dettagliate per raggiungere lo stadio. Consigliato.
