“There are so many great things about AV Suites. The staff was great! Well trained but not robots. Very friendly and personable. They made us feel very welcome and really seem to take pride in the resort.
First the views are incredible and stunning. Standing on the balcony of our room was amazing.
We stayed for 9 days and the room was big enough for us. We didnt feel cramped up on the 1 day it rained.
There are a few things I wish that I had known before we stayed there. Maybe other reviews...

“The unit itself is fine, just as described and pictured in the listing, was clean and A/C worked good, though the WiFi was weak to non-exsistant during my stay. I mention that because it’s the main reason that I book certain places (I need WiFi). If they say there is WiFi and it doesn’t work, it really messes up my trip! The last day the WiFi came back on but nobody bothered to let me know they changed the password! Staff was very nice and food was decent (especially compared to options around...
