“The place is tucked away off the roads so it feels isolated and away from the hustle of the surrounding streets. The check in process was easy and the staff was amazing. We ate a few times at the hotel restaurant and it was excellent. “No pool. No elevator. Staff one is ok Getting to the room on 3rd level is not good. Construction going on, I had to walk on a man made bridge to cross to go to the room. I was scared”

Went 2 days without replacing towels, emptying bins even though the room information advised this was daily, and had no door hanger to request services. Upon further query, they don't provide daily service unless asked. First set of bedding had holes, the bed wasn't particularly comfortable and the room was noisy throughout the night. “Awesome accommodation”

“Staff confirmed pick up at the airport but nobody showed up. They did not even notify me that the transport was not available on that day and time. I called them and they asked me to take a taxi and they will reimburse. It is not about the money. Staff was not apologetic. Staff has no communicarion skills. They cut me off while I was still speaking. Customer service is 0% satisfactory.”
