“Camera molto piu ampia dells media inglese, pulita e senza moquette per terra. Location tranquilla, parcheggio privato comodo. Gestori molto gentili. Colazione buona. Prezzo per la tripla ottimo.”

“We arrived to no one around and after walking around the property finally saw an envelope with our name on it and our key. Our room smelt moldy and damp. The carpet was dirty and the walls were peeling. The beds were very uncomfortable. It was shocking to see after such a high rating. The yard was unkempt and there was a general air of neglect about the whole place. ”

“Breakfast was excellent! Lots to choose from . Staff were really helpful & friendly. Just what we were looking for at Elm Grove lovely & relaxing place to stay ☺️ lots of advice on places to see like caldey island which was amazing. ”

“Had a lovely welcome by the family on arrival.
Shown to our room which was beautiful, a real room with a view.
Sunday lunch was absolutely amazing. Full of flavour and lots of it.
Slept like a log, followed by a lovely freshly cooked breakfast.
Will definitely be returning very soon ”

“L’hotel è gestito con molta attenzione all’ospite.
Quando siamo arrivati già si erano informati sulla nostra provenienza e siamo stati trattati benissimo. All’interno un ristorante eccellente.
L’hotel è di fronte al castello e vicinissimo a negozi ed altre attrazioni. ”

“When we arrived expecting to stay in an annex as per the image on Expedia, we were instead in a room in the main house. We took this up with the proprietor who agreed to cancel with no cost. We took this at face value and stayed elsewhere. On checking our bank account on 24 Sept we saw that we had been charged. We called the property but were told we need to take this up with Expedia. Very disappointed.”
