“Front desk staff was very welcoming and friendly but lacked in telling us anything about the property suchbas, fitness center hours, breakfast, hours or Wi-Fi password. If they're even west password needed... Housekeeping was still working when we arrived, and they were all very friendly in the hallways. However, a good housekeeping attendant always checks the amenities in the bathroom, and our conditioner was completely empty and the bedside readung light was out. These are all very minor but...

“It was not clean hot tub was to hot food was terrible elevators were sketchy not many choices on the TV carpet was too thick. I couldn’t roll my suitcase. Stairs are too long. It was way too hot. They wouldn’t give us a refund when the AC was broken and it was 96° in BOISE the sink is not in the bathroom and the light switch is outside of the bathroom. I had trouble finding it. mattresses were too springy. zero out of 10 I do not recommend going there.”
